To Rely On The Rating Agencies

The credit of the United States of America has been downgraded by one of the rating agencies and the decision has sparked a debate as to the meaning of a downgrade. The move also put into question the method by which the agencies determine the risk of a country. In my view, the trouble with the method now used is that the GDP of the country is taken into account. What happens here is that a ratio between the GDP and the level of the country's overall debt is established; and this singular figure is allowed to loom large in the final analysis. But I believe that while the method can sometimes be trusted to accurately reflect the risk of a country with respect to the debt that is incurred internally, it can never reflect the risk with respect to the debt that is incurred externally. In other words, it is one thing to consider the ratio between what you produce as a country and what you borrow from the local citizenry; it is another thing to consider the ratio between what you produce internally and what you borrow from external sources.

To see why I make this distinction you need to look at the following example. You are a citizen of country A and you have 100 dollars to invest. Say, you have a birthday coming up, and instead of using the money to buy a few goods and services, you decide to invest the money for one year and spend it on yourself next year. You do the research and discover that you can lend the money to your own government by purchasing a one year bond that yields a 5% interest. This means you will be buying the promise that 105 dollars will be returned to you at maturity. Assuming for the moment that inflation will be negligible in the coming year, you envision cashing the bond by your next birthday, buying all the things you could have bought this year and still have 5 dollars left in your pocket.

Let us now suppose that while you live and work in country A, you learn that country B offers a one year bond that yields a 7% interest. This means that if all else is equal, you will have the opportunity to go through the same scenario and have 7 dollars left in your pocket come next year -- a better deal on the surface than the 5 dollars offered by your country. But because you take nothing at face value, you ask yourself which offer you should pick and, in trying to answer the question, you decide to turn to the rating agencies to see how much risk they say exists in either country defaulting on its obligation. And before you do this, you sit down and quietly reflect on the subject for a moment.

The first thing that comes to your mind is that a country in difficulty will do its utmost to avoid defaulting on its obligation. A government that finds itself in a situation like this will ask the citizenry to do the proverbial tightening of the belt. This means that the people will be asked to consume less and possibly pay more in taxes to use what is saved to pay off the creditors. But realizing that the creditors are of two types -- the local and the foreign -- you begin to see that you cannot make one determination to fit both situations. That is, you reason that while it makes sense to take into account the value of all the goods and services (GDP) produced locally and compare that to the debt owed to local creditors, it does not make sense to consider the part of the GDP that cannot be exported and compare that with the debt that is owed to external creditors.

And the reason for this is easy to parse. It is that when you buy the bond of a foreign country, the expectation is that the capital and the interest will be returned to you not in the form of tangible goods or in services that you can use but will be returned in the form of the country's currency. Yes, it happens at times that a country will issue a bond denominated in the currency of another country but this happens only on rare occasions and only when it has already been determined that the country issuing the bond is a risky one indeed. Most of the time, however, a country that issues a bond in its own currency will have a GDP that shines on paper where the shine may hide difficulties buried deep behind the numbers. And what must concern you as an investor planning to invest in a foreign country is the thought that if more of the country's currency will find itself on the world markets than the country has goods to export, the value of the currency will diminish on those markets. And if you hold some of this currency or if you have an investment instrument that is based on it, you will lose more than can be offset by a higher yield. For example, if you get an extra 2% in yield and you lose more than that because of the shrinking value of the currency, you will have made a bad investment.

And this will stand in contrast to investing in the country where you live and work even if you invest in instruments that offer a lower yield because you will have here an advantage that will offset the low yield. You reach this conclusion because you reason that if your country gets into difficulty and if the people are asked to tighten their belts, they will consume less of the goods that can be exported but will continue to consume the same amount of services simply because most of the services are not exportable. This means that while the supply of the goods will diminish and thus cause an upward pressure on their prices, the supply of the services will remain constant and thus keep their prices steady. Therefore, if you invest in the country where you live and if the country gets into difficulty, you will feel the effect of the difficulty only partially. That is, you will pay more for the goods you buy but not for the services. And when you consider that the expenses on material goods represent less than half the total expenses made by an average household, you conclude that it will be less risky to invest in country A with a 5% yield than country B with a 7% yield.

And you will now see why it is absurd to use the ratio between the GDP of a country and the level of its external debt as a means to determine its credit worthiness. It is that the GDP contains the value of all the goods and services produced in a country when only the exportable goods should be considered because only they can be used to redeem the external debt. The logical thing for you and for the rating agencies to do, therefore, is to assign two credit levels to each country; one for the investors who live inside the country and one for those who live outside of it. For example, a country can be AAA for those who live and work inside it but can only be AA+ for those who live and work outside of it. However, it must be said that if the currency of a country is used as a reserve currency by the rest of the world, the whole world should be considered as local domain. This is where America stands today and where it shall remain until something substantial changes.

And what all this means is that we have two competing ideas to wrestle with. On the one hand there is the decrease in the value of the currency on the world markets, a phenomenon called devaluation; on the other hand there is the decrease in the value of the currency at home, a phenomenon called inflation. And so we ask which of the two phenomena should concern us the most when making practical decisions. The answer is that it all depends on who you are and what relationship you maintain with the world. If you are an ordinary citizen who is only concerned about your birthday, your concern will be limited to the imported items that you intend to buy, if any. It is that the possible devaluation of the currency will increase the price of these items and so you will do well to buy them this year. But if you are a business person who regularly buys machines and/or raw material from foreign sources and if you sell your finished products abroad, the devaluation of your currency will affect you in a more complicated way. You will pay more to buy the machines and the resources but you will have the opportunity to sell more of your finished goods abroad.

Bear in mind that when it comes to inflation at home, most governments have the necessary tools to control it, something they do successfully most of the time. However, matters can get out of hand and a hyperinflation can set in. This means that a situation may develop where it will cost hundreds, even thousands of times more to buy the goods and the services that you used to buy at a reasonable price. If and when this happens, and if it goes too far, the currency of the country is usually junked and a new currency created by erasing a few zeros off the junked currency. In these cases, to be caught with a debt instrument such as a bond will prove to be a bad investment while equity will prove to be a good one, especially if it is directly or indirectly related to a commodity.

And this leads to the question: What should the credit agencies consider when assessing the risk of a country? Well, it must be clear by now that the main concern of the agencies should be the ratio between the foreign debt of the country and its ability to export material goods like the natural resources it has in the ground and the manufactured goods that it produces. The resources can be renewable such as agriculture which is the best gift that a country can have; or they can be non-renewable such as the metals and the minerals. In the case of the latter, the size of the reserves more than the daily production ought to be taken into account because this is what determines how long the bounty will last. And related to this question is the effort made by a developing country rich in resources to diversify its economy as a way to prepare for the day when the resources will be depleted. And because a depleting resource is a serious matter, it must be taken into account when establishing the long term credit worthiness of these countries. In fact, the rating of their debt should be based on where their economies are projected to be when the debt will come due. If it is seen that the country will have depleted its resources and still have no manufacturing base to replace it, the debt will have to be rated as risky.

However, it can happen at times that the exception to the rule would play a big role in the fortune of a country. For example, the small island nations situated in the Caribbean enjoy a combination of circumstances that allows them to maintain a high standard of living without being blessed with reserves of natural resources and without having a serious manufacturing base. What they have instead is a magnificent climate that is maintained all year long. Situated close to America which is a large and wealthy nation populated by people who go on vacation on a regular basis, the islands of the Caribbean are blessed with a small population where the needs of everyone can be met with the income earned from tourism and from the selling of the related services. Should one of these countries need to issue a bond to finance a project related to tourism or otherwise, the bond will have to be rated as safe.

When it comes to most other countries, however, it is preferable to have a large population. In fact, the size of the population and its demographic composition should be taken into account when assessing the credit worthiness of these countries. For example, in India, in Egypt and in many emerging nations where there is a large and young population, the youngsters of today will be the ones called upon to pay off the debts that their elders are incurring. These are debts that the elders take not to live high on the hog but to build the infrastructure that the youngsters will rely on to develop the world of tomorrow. What this means in practical terms is that the more youngsters there are in a country, the less each of them will be asked to contribute to pay off the debt. Thus, for 80 million Egyptians to be saddled with a foreign debt that is in the neighborhood of 32 billion dollars is such a small matter it should not worry the credit agencies. The same goes for India whose population is 1.2 billion people saddled with a debt that stands in the neighborhood of 240 billion dollars. You can see how insignificant these figures are when you contrast them with the 7 million Israelis who are saddled with nearly 100 billion dollars in foreign debt.

What you see here is that while every Israeli owes the foreign creditors more than 14,000 dollars, every Indian owes 200 dollars and every Egyptian owes 400 dollars. And this is not the whole story because the populations of the emerging countries continue to increase as the countries continue to industrialize. In the meantime, most of the countries that view themselves as industrialized (which is not always true) are being hollowed out of the little industries they have left. First, they depleted their own natural resources or they never had them; and now they are neglecting their manufacturing base or they never had it in the first place.

You can see this reality and appreciate its significance when you examine another set of numbers related to two countries, Israel and Egypt. You see that there are approximately 300,000 Israelis (including 65,000 farmers) producing material goods that can be exported to pay for the external debt. This means that each of them will have to contribute 330,000 dollars towards that goal. Can they make it and still produce enough food and manufactured goods to satisfy the local population? You judge. By contrast, there are 11 million Egyptians (including 8 million farmers) producing material goods. This means that each of them will have to contribute 2,910 dollars to pay for the external debt. Can they make it and still produce enough food and manufactured goods to satisfy the local population? You bet they can.

At this point we must not fall in the trap of looking at the frozen picture of an existing situation and believe that it will not change. In fact, the realities on the ground will continue to evolve but since nobody can predict the future, we can only make projections as to what the picture will look like as time moves on. What we can say with some confidence is that the population of Egypt will continue to increase till it reaches 120 million people where it will begin to stabilize. In the meantime, people will continue to migrate from the countryside to the urban centers. Eventually, the labor force of the country will reach the 50 million mark of which 8 to 10 million will be in the non-farm goods producing industries while farming will become highly mechanized. All of this will mean that Egypt can now borrow as much as half a trillion dollars to invest in its industries and not worry about being able to pay back the debt.

As for Israel, the future is so bleak it is hopeless for this sad place. The country has no natural resources to speak of, a small farming industry that already cannot feed the local population and a manufacturing base that depends largely on jewelery and the polishing of diamonds. The Israelis also have a small chemical industry and a building material one as well as what they call a high tech industry that is more software than hardware. This is an industry where grownups make applications of the sort that kids make in North America when they seek to earn a few dollars to get away from having to flip hamburgers. On the other side of the ledger, Israel is already indebted to the tune of 150 billion dollars, two thirds of which is co-signed by America and owed to foreigners while the remaining third of the debt is owed to Jews of dual citizenship. These are people who say they live in Israel because they maintain a cottage there which they occupy when they travel to Israel or they have a post office box to which you can write when communicating with them on Israeli matters.

When the financial crisis hit the world in 2008, it became evident that America will no longer be able to carry the Israeli parasite on its back. The business people and the lenders began to pull their money out of Israel, and the central bank there was forced to raise the interest rate in the middle of the economic downturn to encourage the money to stay. Even then, the bank could not find enough money to redeem the bonds that were maturing but instead of telling the truth and thus raise the specter of a default, Israel and America fabricated a lie to the effect that America was going to finance the deployment of some idiotic system of defense in Israel that everyone knew was a bad joke. Still, America gave Israel a check in the amount of 205 million dollars which the latter used to redeem the debt that was coming due and to buy some food. This money has now been used up at a time when new debt is coming due and when the country is running out of food again. And everyone in the world can see that something big is about to happen with regard to 150 billion dollars that America may ultimately be asked to dish out in the name of the Jewish parasite it is carrying on its back.

It ain't gonna be pretty and it ain't gonna smell nice. Wake up rating agencies, a train full of kosher manure is about to get wrecked and you will be smelling more than the coffee.

Cultural Dyslexia Handicapping Jewish Logic

Michael Prell who used to advise Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel has been gracious enough or stupid enough to unveil the source of Netanyahu's lack of logic and by implication, the source of all Israeli lack of logic if not all of Jewish lack of logic. To do this, he wrote an article that was published in the Washington Times on August 19, 2011 under the title: “Obama made them hate us” and the subtitle: “'Weak horse' diplomacy has ignited Arab hatred.” What comes out of this article is that Prell himself is one of the reasons why absurdity and lack of logic permeate so pervasively everything Jewish and Israeli.

For several decades, voices have been coming out of Israel to the effect that the Arabs love, respect and fear power therefore America must project power in the region in order to be loved, respected and feared by the Arabs. And the echo repeaters in America echoed and repeated the refrain over and over again – sometimes when there was an occasion to do so and sometimes because an echo repeater had nothing else to say, thus decided to rehash the worn out refrain thereby get published and receive a paycheck. Michael Prell is doing it now for no reason that I can discern and so I must assume that he ran out of money and is looking for something to tidy him up until the muse visits him with one or two new ideas.

What the illogical mind fails to see, however, is that the more it expresses itself, the more it exposes its own absurdity and in doing so nullifies its argument. The approach used by Prell this time is to cherry pick Arab proverbs and use them to explain the result of polls that show a decline among the Arabs of America's popularity and that of Mr. Obama personally. Of course, Michael Prell makes no mention of the fact that the popularity of America has dropped everywhere in the world as did the popularity of Mr. Obama, including in America itself and among those who supported candidate Obama. And all this happened for reasons that have nothing to do with the Middle East or even politics but everything to do with economics. Perhaps this was an oversight on the part of someone who was eager to get as quickly as possible to the center of his thesis.

And so, the first Arab proverb that Prell mentions is the one that goes this way: “When people see a strong horse and a weak horse, by nature they will like the strong horse.” He goes on to opine that this “strong horse” view of power is dominant in the Arab world. He then uses his own opinion to explain that when Obama shows weakness, the Arabs see him as weak. Instead of loving him – which they did at first – they now hate him and by extension hate America too. And because there is nothing that a Jew will do without pushing the envelop past the point of absurdity, Prell goes on to say that there is a more ominous consequence to the Obama weak-horse theory. To explain it, he cherry picks another Arab proverb that goes this way: “A falling camel attracts many knives,” and he explains that weakness makes the Arabs want to stab the falling camel which in real life will mean that the Arabs will feel justified, even provoked to attack and kill Americans. This comes from the people who pretended to know everything and warned before Obama's election that he was a Muslim but is Muslim no more, a fact that makes him an apostate in the eyes of Muslims and a target for assassination. The man is still alive and visiting Arab and Muslim countries without fear.

But having surprised himself by the fact that he was able to stitch together those ideas without detecting his own absurdities, the author now surpasses himself by pushing the argument way past the outer edges of the envelop. He does this in several steps, the first step being that he explains how and why 9/11 happened. This is what he says in this regard: “When al Qaeda attacked the USS Cole in October 2000 ... the terrorists could smell a weak horse. Their perception of American weakness ... inspired the architects of Sept. 11 to [move] forward with murderous plans.” What the author fails to realize here is that October 2000 and September 2001 happened before the election of Mr. Obama. In fact, October 2000 happened just before the election of W. Bush whom he holds up as a model of American strong-horsemanship, and September 2001 happened during his presidency.

What is significant about the mention of these happenings is that it violates the sequencing of chronological events. And this is a principle so sacred in science that even science fiction writers make sure not to violate it because if they do, they prove to be not ready yet for prime time. Thus, for Michael Prell to insinuate that 9/11 happened because a weak Obama was going to be elected 7 years later is to violate the most sacred of scientific absolutes which is the principle of causality. In doing this, the man has proven himself to be as illogical as only a Jew can be. No wonder Netanyahu made him an adviser of his.

The next step in the explanations given by the author is to list what he sees as the failings of the Obama approach since the man assumed office. Here is that list:

One, says Prell, in the Palestinian territories ... 82 percent of Palestinians have an unfavorable view of the United States and they ... form[ed] an official coalition with the strong-horse ... Hamas. Here, the author fails to mention Obama's first veto in favor of Israel at the Security Council of the United Nation, a veto that riled the Palestinians.

Two, Says Prell, in Egypt, America's approval ratings have dropped to 5%, and the Egyptian people are embracing the strong-horse Muslim Brotherhood as their next leader. Here, the author fails to mention that the election has not yet happened in Egypt. Projections were made as to the possible outcome based on what happened in the elections that were carried out during the Mubarak era where the Muslim Brotherhood won as much as 30% of the popular vote. And this has nothing to do with Mr. Obama.

Three, says Prell, in Turkey, the approval rating for America has dropped to 14 percent … and Turkey has gone from being the vacation destination for Israeli tourists to one of Israel's biggest threats. Here, the author fails to mention that Obama did not kill Turkish sailors who tried to bring food and medicine to the Palestinian people who were blockaded and trapped in Gaza. Israel did the blockading of Gaza and the killing of the Turkish sailors. It also refuses to apologize to this day, and Obama has nothing to do with any of this.

Four, says Prell, Lebanon has been swallowed by Hezbollah, Yemen is in chaos, Pakistan gave refuge to Bin Laden and Gaddafi is still in power running Libya (but maybe not for much longer). Here, the author fails to mention that it was President Reagan who pulled the American troops out of Lebanon. And since that time, Israel has tried to play the role of the strong-horse game in that part of the world. Instead of getting respect, however, Israel has only managed to stiffen the backbone of the Arabs who repeatedly kicked the ass of the Israelis in South Lebanon and elsewhere. And several American Presidents after Reagan were wise enough to keep their noses out of that part of the world. As to Bin Laden, it was Obama that got him, not the Israelis.

Five, Just this week, says Prell, the President of Iran unveiled a new threat to Israel. Apparently, the man said that Iran will defend itself within its capabilities which, according to an angry Prell, must have been a response to Obama's announcement that America will not use nuclear weapons against countries that do not use such weapons. What? What is this guy, Michael Prell, saying? Is he saying that American presidents must pace the world carrying nuclear weapons in holsters on both sides of their hips like a modern day cowboy to make Israel feel safe? Can anyone get sicker in the head than this?

And finally, Michael Prell ends with this lamentation: “The Arab world never loved us, but at least it respected and feared American power. Today, under Mr. Obama, the numbers show that a weak-horse America is less respected by the Arab world than a strong-horse America. Events in the Middle East show that the Arab world no longer respects or fears American power.”

If this theory were correct, the Arabs, the Muslims and the rest of the human race would now be worshiping Israel but this is not happening because the theory has turned reality upside down and has adopted a dyslexic view of reality. The truth is that America must reject the advice given to it by people who, for thousands of years, have ended up in the proverbial gas chambers and the incinerators for one reason only which is that they do not know how to get along with human beings.

Clearly, they are not of us. They say they are different and maybe they are.

Pathetic Parade Of Political Pornography

Eric Cantor who is majority leader in the US House of Representatives has organized several trips to take members of the Republican Party on a tour of Israel. Most of the participants are of the newly elected crop although some are veterans of the House. At the same time, the minority whip who is the Democrat, Steny Hoyer, has organized something similar in that he too will go on a tour of Israel dragging with him a number of newly elected members as well as some veterans of the House. All in all, some 80 members of the US House of Representatives will be going to Israel during the month of September 2011.

While the organizers are Cantor and Hoyer, the brain behind the undertaking is the American Israel Political Action Committee (AIPAC) and the bank-roller is the American taxpayer. Yes, this is how it works in America; AIPAC sets up a phony tax exempt charitable organization called the American Israel Education Foundation and assigns to it the task of educating the American lawmakers on how to worship their Jewish masters at home and how to serve Israel to the detriment of their own country yet feel not guilty or disgusted at their behavior but proud to serve the devil. The Foundation then collects donated money to pay for all the worthy expenses it will incur in this regard. And all the suckers who are privileged enough to get an education under its auspices are sent to Israel on junkets where they spend billions of tax exempted American dollars to buy goods and services in Israel which are subject to Israeli taxation. The suckers then come back to America fully indoctrinated, brainwashed and forever branded as “Friends of Israel.”

Look what Hoyer said even before going to Israel. He said that despite America's current difficulties, he wants to make clear that there will be no adverse effect on America's determination to meet its promise to Israel in the form of military aid or economic aid. What this means is that because the American economic pie is shrinking due to causes beyond anyone's control, and because the promise has been that the piece which goes to Israel will not shrink proportionately, some people in America will be hit twice. First, they will see their portion of the pie shrink due to those causes then see it shrink again when a piece of what is due to them is cut out and sent to Israel to keep the promise and keep steady what goes to that foreign hell hole.

And who will suffer in America? Well, what has happened so far or has been discussed is that the benefits to the unemployed will be diminished. The loans given to students will be reduced. The school lunch program feeding the poor kids of America will be phased out. Teachers and police officers will be laid off and so on and so forth. Now ask yourself, my dear friend: How much more of a low life can a traitor get to be? Clearly, Steny Hoyer is not only the quintessential male hooker – political, social or both -- he is a cancer that is metastasizing inside the body of the American political system; and the sooner he is kicked out of his position the better it will be for America and for its people.

Now that you know how American lawmakers are “educated” as to how they should serve the military and economic well being of Israel to the detriment of their own country, you need to know how they are educated as to how America should spend the political capital, the prestige and the respect it still has in the world to serve the interests of Israel. Look what the Jewish Eric Cantor said even before going to Israel. He said that Israel is a pillar in America's national security strategy because it is the only reliable ally that America has in a tough region. He went on to say that members of the House go to Israel to understand the complexities that Israel faces as well as the importance of the US-Israel relationship.

What Cantor did not do is explain how Israel is a pillar in America's national security when everyone knows – including the American military – that Israel's activities in the Middle East endanger the lives of American servicemen throughout the region and beyond. And every time there is a war in the Middle East or thereabout -- whether it is instigated by Israel, by world Jewry or otherwise -- the Americans find Arab allies who join the coalition and fight alongside them. And the Americans make it a point to specifically forbid the Israelis from coming near to them because they know that to let the Israelis join the battle is to invite the skunk to come along and spray his nauseating fluids all over your undertaking. “Stay out” has always been the word sent from the American military to Israel. Stay out and don't even talk about the subject.

And while this has been the reality of the fictitious but “cordial” relationship that is said to exist between America and Israel, Cantor the Jew plans to meet in Israel with the man he favors over his own American President. Yes, Cantor will meet with the rug pissing Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu and will introduce to him his newly elected loyal American subjects, the submissive members of the American Congress of shame. It is not clear what Netanyahu plans to do to them in the privacy of his office; maybe he only wants to try them for size and make sure there is no daylight between the stiffer of America and the shafted representatives. And they might give him a standing ovation for that; it is their disgusting habit.

In any case, Cantor will then head to Ramallah which is the capital of occupied Palestine where he will meet with the President of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas and introduce to him the new crop of American pimps and prostitutes, madams and gigolos who will have been programmed beforehand to warn Abbas in unison not to seek UN recognition for a Palestinian State. They will tell him in no uncertain terms that Israel is not an American colony but that America is an Israeli colony. What Israel commands, they will say, America executes. What Israel wants, America gives. What Israel wishes, America dies to fulfill the wish. Al Qaeda may have its suicidal bombers; Israel has its suicidal America.

Yes, my friend, the Judeo-Israeli strategy for America is clear in some respect but it is also not so clear in another respect. What is clear is that internally, the agents of AIPAC use non-Jews such as Hoyer, Jon Kyl and Sam Brownback to do battle against the needy in America, a country they fleece in broad daylight and send the spoils to Israel. While doing this, those same agents use American Jews such as Eric Cantor and Joseph Lieberman to make the American people believe that to be secure and remain safe, America must arm Israel and allow it to kill those who cannot defend themselves such as the Palestinians. What is not clear is why the strategy seeks to let Israel go on adventures that may at first bloody the nose of the neighbors but then turns into something else. In fact, the neighbors have always recovered after the initial surprise attack. They kicked the ass of the Israelis and booted them out of the lands that the latter occupied for a while. This happened in the Sinai, Gaza, South Lebanon and half of the Golan Heights.

But what's in this for America or even Israel, for that matter? Undoubtedly this is a strategy that was inspired by the ancient legends of the Old Testament but one that has no place in the modern world. Yet, when you think about it, the strategy could not have been imagined or executed if it were not for the fact that a superpower the size of America was there and was willing to let itself be consumed like a candle for the sake of a very sick culture calling itself Jewish but could just as well call itself satanic, pointless and out of synch with normal human aspirations.

If you wonder why all this is happening at this time, it is that the General Assembly of the United Nation meets once a year which happens to be in September. And this year will be the moment when the Palestinians have planned to seek recognition for their state, something that the Judeo-Israeli gang wants to forestall. In addition to this, there is something that a few of us have known for a long time yet the thing remained hidden from the rest of the world. It is the fact that Israel has no economy even though its agents were managing during all this time to make it look and make it sound like the little fart is enjoying a heavenly economy that is managed by divine sages and executed by angelic operators.

Theirs was a demonic presentation that lasted a long time and fooled many people around the world but not those of us who looked at a different set of numbers. We did not take into consideration the numbers published by the Bank of Israel or by the agencies of the Israeli government. Instead, we looked at the natural resources that Israel extracted from local sources, what it imported from abroad, what it used locally and what it exported in terms of finished and semi-finished products. When you do this and you put it all together, you get a result that sounds something like this: We produced no iron ore from local sources, we imported a kilogram of the stuff and we manufactured a ton of heavy machinery. We consumed locally half of what we produced and sold abroad the other half for 10 million dollars. This may sound exaggerated for half a kilogram of iron but we do things so miraculously well in Israel that people pay us 10 million dollars for what they would pay you 10 dollars. You may now convert to Judaism and be part of the miracle if you will contribute a few millions of your amassed wealth. It's called a biblical pyramid scheme of Madoff proportion. Interested?

And so now that they have fleeced America which used to be an economic superpower, and now that the thing can no longer arm them or feed them as well as before, they are panicking. But instead of doing what everyone else does at a time like this which is to rely on themselves for a change and be independent of the others, they try to pick what little meat is left on the carcass of America's body and feed on it for as long as they can. And they plan to live like this until they find someone else on whose body they will feed like the parasitic scavengers they have always been. And they will depend on the Cantors and the Hoyers of this world to help them execute their new strategy.

In the meantime, they are becoming increasingly conscious of the fact that the Evangelical Frankenstein they have created for a reason turned out to be a monster of changing taste. They had trained the creature to love eating the flesh of the Arabs and the Muslims as well as drink their blood. But the thing is now developing a taste for something else, something that promises to be the Jewish flesh and blood. And when this happens, it will not be the first time in history that they created the Frankenstein that ended up devouring them. In fact, this has been the only constant in their long and deplorable history.

Thus, you see that the people who used to emphasize religiosity in politics during the time that Joseph Lieberman was running for the position of Vice President are now re-emphasizing the need to keep the church separate from the state. They see that the same Evangelicals who dominated the Republican Party in the era of W. Bush and who used to advocate the atomization of the Arabs and the Muslims are turning their backs on the same Jews they used to worship like Gods. And the Jews who have any brains at all are beginning to realize what this means in the final analysis. They realize that when someone is fooled for a long time, and when he is made to do things so humiliating as to worship a false God, that someone will eventually wake up from his trance and want to gas or incinerate the false God.

For this reason Eric Cantor was asked to comment on the rise in America of Christians who no longer consider Judaism as the owner, master or teacher of Christianity. Cantor skirted the question and went to express what his hopes and his wishes were in this regard. He put it this way: “We in America believe we have the ability to practice our faith. There is no … governmental entity that will stop that ability … and that's been the constitutional protection afforded to all American citizens … Being a religious minority in this country and being a minority faith within the Republican Party is a fact of life for me and has always been.”

The trouble is that these people never learn the one thing they desperately need to know which is that to avoid the terrible ending they always meet, they must never start the way they always do. But if for some reason they do start the wrong way, they should back off on time and before it is too late. It is obvious, however, that the Jewish organizations and the Jewish leaders are nowhere near learning this lesson, much less master it and make it a part of their culture. They are once again rushing headlong toward the sort of ending that they have been lamenting about for centuries.

If Eric Cantor and Steny Hoyer want to avoid the catastrophe that is awaiting the Jews in America and elsewhere as surely as night follows day, they should cancel the trips to Israel that they have planned and they should tell Netanyahu by mail or by courier that Israel's security and economic well being must be found in the forging of a normal relationship with his Arab and Muslim neighbors not in pissing on their rugs the way that he pissed on the rug of the White House when he visited there not long ago.

Netanyahu must be made to understand that when he behaves like a dog, he will be treated like a dog and so will be the Jews who will not denounce him. It is inevitable, it is normal, it is human nature.

To Liberate Lebanon, To Enslave China

It is hard to read a computer monitor and to write on one just a day after undergoing a cataract operation but some things cannot be left unsaid or postponed for a few days. And so I find myself compelled to respond to a piece written by Michael Oren, Israel's ambassador to the United States and to some fantastic reveries expressed only recently in many of the Israeli media. Oren's piece was published in the American Wall Street Journal on August 12, 2011; it is titled: “The lessons of the Second Lebanon War” and has the subtitle: “Israel cannot allow a future Palestinian state to become a terrorist stronghold, as Lebanon has become under Hezbollah domination.”

It is no secret that Michael Oren fancies himself as a historian, therefore it should come as no surprise that he would want to give his piece the aura of a historical account of the events as he sees them. Thus, after taking one paragraph to say how bad things look now at the Lebanon-Israel border, he begins the second paragraph with this sentence: “The roots of that conflict ran deep.” But expecting to see a historical account that goes back to the illegal immigration of Jews into Palestine, you are disappointed but not surprised to see that the second sentence of the second paragraph goes like this: “Responding to attacks … Israel invaded the country...” Thus, we are told that Israel responded to attacks but we are not told what these attacks were responding to.

This approach to telling history being in keeping with the Judeo-Israeli habit of starting every account of a historical event at a point that is most advantages to the Israeli side while ignoring all that came before it, you shrug it off and keep on reading the piece. Well, you don't actually read what follows; you try to read the two dozen words that make up the next sentence as they hit you in the eyes like two dozen bullets fired from a machine gun. Just look at the following words and be amazed at the arrogance of a born to remain ignorant individual. Expressing what Israel wanted to do to Lebanon, Michael Oren says this: “It sought to free the country from terror and Syrian occupation, and to support the emergence of a pro-Western democratic government committed to peace.”

So here you have it, dear reader, because our venerated historian could not tell what attacks Israel was responding to, he now hints that maybe Israel had something else in mind; maybe it wanted to free the country from a Syrian occupation, he says, even though Syria was invited into the country by Lebanon itself, an invitation that was submitted to and approved by the Arab League. But whatever Israel's goals were at the time, Oren admits that the Jewish nation failed to achieve them. But why is that? Aha! Here he goes back to the old Jewish narrative of blaming everything bad that happens to the world on the Christians. He puts it this way: “...the massacre of Palestinians by Christian militiamen in Beirut generate international pressure on Israel to withdraw its forces. They remained … along the border for the next 18 years, before withdrawing [thus] the First Lebanon War … ended.”

Although the Christian militiamen did not exist before Israel invaded Lebanon, he omits to say who they were or who commanded them. Although he says that one of the reasons Israel invaded Lebanon was to end terror, he does not call terror the massacre of the Palestinians which he should have whether the killers were Christians or otherwise. Although he calls the presence of the Syrians in Lebanon an occupation, he does not call occupation the more than 18 years that the Israelis remained in Lebanon. But take heart, dear reader, because what counts is the intent. You get it, my friend, it all depends on the intent. You see, the Israelis and the Jews have such good intent that whatever they do, they do it out of their saintliness. Whatever their enemies of the day do, they do it out of their evilness. You get it, my friend, it's all in the intent.

So you ask what was the intent of the Israelis according to the great historian Michael Oren. As if you needed to ask. Here it is: “[Israel] sought to free [Lebanon] ... and to support the emergence of a pro-Western democratic government committed to peace.” You see how saintly this is? How much more saintly can a country get? Instead of pressuring Israel to withdraw right after the massacre of the Palestinians by the Christian Militiamen, why did the world not get down on its knees and beg the Israelis to take all of Lebanon; to annex it, that is. Would this not have been the saintly thing to do? But then again, the world is not Jewish therefore it could not have been as saintly as this.

Now look how sneaky a self-designated historian can get. Knowing that he is writing for an audience that is made up mostly of Americans, he tries to cement in their minds the idea of an Israeli and a Jewish population that is saintly by associating the Jews and the Israelis with the Americans. This is what he says: “The presence of Israeli troops in Lebanon did not create Hezbollah, no more than the presence of American troops in Saudi Arabia created al Qaeda.” What he neglects to say is that Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait without being invited and that the Kuwaitis together with the Arab League invited the Americans to do what was necessary to liberate Kuwait. Some Arab countries participated with America in the military effort and when the job was completed which it was after a few months, everybody went home. By contrast, the Israelis went into Lebanon uninvited supposedly to chase away the Syrians who were invited into Lebanon by the Lebanese and the Arab League. And the Israelis stayed there until their ass got kicked by a Hezbollah that did not exist before the invasion of Lebanon. But then again, when it comes to recounting history, you can always count on the Jews to turn things upside down.

And you can count on them to do something else. You can count on them to blame someone innocent for a situation that they alone have created. Here is what our historian goes on to say: “Rather, Hezbollah sprang from the resentment of Lebanon's long-oppressed Shiite population, and the bounteous backing of Iran.” And this, my friend, is a mistake that no historian worth his salt should ever make. First, the fact is that the sectarian civil war that took place in Lebanon happened between the Christians who were on one side against the Muslims (Shiites and Sunnis) who were on the other side, not between Shiites and Sunnis. Second, when Hezbollah was formed, Iran was flat on its face beaten to a pulp by an Iraqi army that was financed by the neighboring Arab states, armed by the NATO allies and counseled by the Americans. Neither the Lebanese Sunnis nor the Iranians had anything to do with it; the Israeli occupation and nothing else created Hezbollah.

The rest of the article is unfocused even where it repeats the old Judeo-Israeli propaganda. For this reason, it will not be worth responding to the points it tries to make. But in case you wonder what these points were supposed to be, they can be summed up like this: We, the Jews and the Israelis are perfect. Yes, on the surface it looks like a massacre of unarmed civilians happened under our watch. Yes, it looks like our ass got kicked by Hezbollah and that we were forced to withdraw. Yes, it looks like Hezbollah now has a strong presence in Lebanese politics. Yes, it looks like Hezbollah is better armed than ever before. But we have learned a great lesson not from the mistakes we are incapable of making; we have learned a lesson by becoming more conscious of the great evil that our enemies represent. And we promise you that we shall not fall into this trap ever again. Just watch us.

This is what Michael Oren has said. What were the Israeli-Jewish media saying in the meantime? Well, for a while at least, they stopped saying that the Israelis are teaching the Americans how to make drones and that they are rescuing their big conglomerates from a sure slide into bankruptcy and the eventual oblivion. Instead, the Israeli propaganda machine has shifted its attention to the next rising superpower which is China. They say they are going to teach the Chinese how to make airplanes not by doing the teaching in a conventional sense as they do with the Americans, for example, but by treating the Chinese like the Chinese are supposed to be treated. How is that you ask? Like coolies, that's how.

You see, the coolies are Chinese slaves. They were the ones that built the North American railroads more than a century ago. Israel now wants to revive this old tradition not by importing Chinese slaves into Israel but by taking what they call Israeli know-how to China and using the Chinese coolies locally to make Israeli airplanes. And the bright among the Chinese will have to learn what they can by watching their Israeli masters. Never mind that the Israeli know-how as it is known to Jews is called the Israeli know-nothing by everyone else, they are going into China on the assumption that the Chinese do not know what is going on.

It is completely beyond me why the Almighty chose for these people to suffer by their own stupidity.

Fake Narratives And Doctored Snapshots

On August 5, 2011 Efraim Karsh and Asaf Romirowsky, both of the Middle East Forum and of King's College in London, published a jointly written article in the European edition of the Wall Street Journal under the title “Land for War” and the subtitle: “If the U.N. Recognizes a unilaterally declared Palestinian state, it would betray its own 'land for peace' formula.” When you finish reading the first paragraph of the article, you feel that the two authors have kicked you in the teeth and have shouted in your face: This is a sick joke. If you insist on reading the rest of it, you alone will be responsible for the anger you will feel is churning your stomach, and the high blood pressure you will know is affecting the rest of your body.

This will happen to you, my friend, because of what you see the authors do to resolution 242. This is the resolution that was passed by the Security Council of the United Nation in 1967 establishing the principle of land for peace as the basis upon which to settle the Middle East conflict. But this was 44 years ago and no settlement has been reached. For Karsh and Romirowsky to come now and say that the body which passed this resolution would betray it if it recognized the establishment of a Palestinian state is to ask the United Nation to perpetuate the status quo of seeking no resolution to the conflict. This alone would be bad enough because it shows how frivolous the authors are when discussing the Middle East conflict but there is worse to come.

I do not know what position these authors took when the Judeo-Israeli organizations worldwide turned all the stones they could turn to reverse the resolution that equated Zionism with racism. And do not know what position they took when those organizations turned all the stones they could turn to cause judge Goldstone to water down the report he wrote on the crimes that Israel committed during the war on Gaza. But what I am certain of is that I cannot assume anything which does not say they favored these two reversals. The reality is that the mentality which powers people like these two regards as definitive and irrevocable every resolution that is taken in favor of Israel or the Jewish causes. And they regard as indefinite and reversible every resolution that is taken against Israel or the Jewish causes. That is, they gladly take what comes to them and they furiously work to reverse what gets away from them. This is in keeping with the adage that was said to apply to the Communist mentality and that went like this: “What is mine is mine and what is yours is debatable.”

On the surface, that saying seems to be a lighthearted expression meant to be put on a bumper sticker to needle people of a certain political persuasion but when you look closely, you see in it something more profound than that. What you see reminds you of the theory that says every culture rests on two main pillars. One pillar may be called the collection of all the narratives that make up a culture, and the other pillar may be called the collection of all the rules, laws and codes of conduct that make up that culture. Thus, the way to construct a culture from the bottom up is to observe life and retain the narratives it imposes on us. These narratives will vary to match what is imposed by the circumstances of living in a certain place at a certain time. But after we do all the observations that we can, we analyze the information we have gathered, draw the conclusions we can draw and make the rules, the laws and the codes of conduct by which we all agree to abide as a society. We now have a culture that is proper to us.

As students interested in how the cultures are created and how they evolve, we realize that the narrative of life is something that is always in flux because it constantly evolves by its nature. As to the rules, the laws and the codes of conduct that we construct from observing the narrative, they hardly change once they have been formulated. In fact, they are meant to be a frozen snapshot in time, something we deliberately make them to be so that they represent the continuity and stability we like to hold on to as life evolves around us powered by its own volition and according to its own rules. Yes, in some cases the frozen snapshot can be amended when the need arises but this is something that is difficult to do because we deliberately make it so. In other cases, the snapshot can even be repealed altogether, and this is something that is even more difficult to do. Otherwise the rules, the laws and the codes of conduct are meant to live for an indefinite period of time.

Thus, the fact that the two authors are asking that the status quo stemming from resolution 242 not be betrayed by the United Nation, shows that they want the narrative of the Middle East situation to be maintained in its current state of flux. What they wish to negate by this is a final status agreement that will end the narrative of occupation. They fear that if this were to happen, what will follow will be the announcement of a set of rules, laws and codes of conduct that will be binding on everyone, including Israel. What they want, instead, is that the occupation of Palestine by Israel remain debatable -- or as they prefer to put it “disputed territory” – until they have achieved something larger, something they keep at the back of their heads for now. And this is the culture by which Israel has lived since its creation, the culture that world Jewry is promoting with all the ingenuity it has and protecting with all the resources it can command.

And of course, there is a reverse corollary to this stance, one we may recall by going back in memory a decade or so ago. It is that if something is ceded to these people -- as they claim George W. Bush did when he apparently wrote a letter by which he gave them the right to build new settlements on Palestinian territory that belongs neither to him nor to America -- they considered this to be the definitive and irreversible law they tried to freeze like a snapshot and make it binding. Undoubtedly, these people hold the opinion that what was grabbed by the Israelis is sacrosanct and what belongs to the Palestinians is disputed and debatable. Nothing can be more Jewish and more communist than this. But now that the two authors have established that principle in the first few paragraphs of their article, they go on to erase history by erasing its most important events. This done, they cherry pick a few trivial points and use them to construct a whole new narrative that bears no resemblance to reality.

Look what they do to history. They say this: “...resolution 242 asked [Israel] to withdraw from the Sinai Peninsula, the Golan Heights, the West Bank, and the Gaza Strip … Israel has persistently striven to make peace with its Arab neighbors. It withdrew from the Sinai Peninsula … Repeated efforts to persuade Syrian President Hafez Assad to follow in Egypt's footsteps came to naught however … As to the Palestinians, their rejection of resolution 242 was absolute.” We shall come to the question of the Palestinian response in a moment but for now let us examine the history that the authors chose to erase.

The reality is that the conflict in the Middle East started with the illegal immigration of the Jews into Palestine. Thus began the troubles between the Jews on one side and the Palestinians of Christian and Muslim persuasions on the other side. This conflict is still ongoing and has not been resolved as yet. But while it was in the making, a number of other conflicts began to rise to the surface as it became increasingly apparent to the people of the region that those who invaded Palestine had more than Palestine on their mind. Hungry for new lands on which to expand and thirsty for the water that is scare in that part of the world, the Israelis never stopped encroaching on the properties of their neighbors. They tried every trick they could think of to occupy and hold on to the sources of the rivers situated in Lebanon, Syria and Jordan. As to Egypt, the Israelis joined the British and French invasion of the Sinai in 1956 which turned out to be the dry run they undertook to train for the invasion that they launched in 1967.

This was the year that Israel executed the blitz through which it occupied the lands mentioned in resolution 242. And so you ask: What happened after that? Well, unlike the impression you get from reading the account rendered by the two authors where they say that Israel persistently strove to make peace with its Arab neighbors, the Israelis did not give up the Sinai, half of the Golan Heights or the Gaza Strip because the Arabs blew kisses at them or because they blew kisses at the Arabs. They gave up these lands because they got their ass kicked in the Sinai, on the Golan Heights and in Gaza. The same thing happened to them later in South Lebanon when they got their ass kicked there too and they had to withdraw in a hurry, tail between their legs.

The fact is that these people will never do something good on their own and will never do it as long as they have the flimsiest of hope that they can hang on to what they grabbed from their neighbors. Life to them is a constant fight to the death whereby they can only kill or die trying to kill the others. Luckily, an unexpected development may come to the fore at times and offer a more civilized alternative. It happened this time when the Israelis realized that it was cheaper to distill seawater than to fight the Arab states and try to steal their waters. They said so themselves and vowed never to fight the Arabs who have the means to defend themselves and defend their sources of water. Unfortunately, however, this does not include the defenseless Palestinians whose water the Israelis are stealing in the same old savage way.

We now look at what the two authors claim to have been the Palestinian responses. What they do in this regard is that they take a two-pronged approach in their presentation, and they use that as a method to turn reality upside down. First, they lump the mediation, the rapprochement and the conciliation that were attempted between the Palestinians and the Israelis through the direct and indirect negotiations that took place between the parties over the decades, and they blame the repeated failures to reach a settlement not on both sides but on the Palestinians alone. In doing this, they make the subtle but false argument that the narrative of the occupation is ongoing today because the Palestinians want it to remain so.

Second, the authors cherry pick a few pronouncements made by high and low ranking Palestinians which they present as being the frozen snapshot and definitive rule adopted by the Palestinian people and their leadership. In doing this, the authors of the article hope to reach into the mind of the reader and while there transform the occupation of Palestine into an irrevocable law that would be acceptable to all. Thus, they hope to transform the right of the Palestinian people into a disputed and debatable narrative that will eventually be resolved in favor of the Israelis. Nothing can be more Jewish and more demonic than this.

Efraim Karsh and Asaf Romirowsky take several paragraphs to put things upside down as they cover the period from 1967 to now. The sad part is that they stuff their description of the events with distortions and spins that do not deserve being responded to for two reasons. First, to respond to a description that is glaringly false is to dignify it, something I do not wish to do. Second, the descriptions are collectively contradicted by the well known fact that the outline of an agreed upon settlement already exists. It is also well known that the settlement is not being implemented because of one reason only which is that the Israelis are refusing to swap lands of equal size as stipulated in resolution 242. What they want is gobble up most if not all of what they call Judea and Samaria in return for little or nothing at all. And this is probably what the authors mean with the title they chose for their article: Land for War.

It now seems appropriate to expand on this title and say that the message of world Jewry to the Palestinians comes down to this: If you, Palestinians, want your land back, you will have to do what the Egyptians, the Syrians and the Lebanese did which is to come and get it by war. And there is nothing surprising in this; it has been the recurrent history of the ancient Hebrew tribes since the beginning of recorded history.

It is now the religion of those who follow in their footsteps whether they are of Hebrew descent or any other descent. And what the rest of the world should do is put pressure on the Americans to stop destroying themselves by the fact that they cannot say no to a bunch of riffraffs who have managed to make themselves look indispensable in the sausage making factory of a Congress that was rendered useless by none other than the riffraffs themselves.

PS: This will have to be the last article I post before undergoing a cataract operation. I plan to start my summer vacation today and remain on leave until I recuperate. I hope to see you here again in a few weeks time.

Damn The Torpedoes, Full Speed Ahead

On August 2nd., 2011 the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu said that he has finally seen the light and that he was prepared to resume the peace talks with the Palestinian Authority based on the 1967 borders if the latter stopped seeking United Nation recognition of a Palestinian state. Well, Netanyahu may be sincere or he may not be. Whatever the case, however, it really does not matter in the grand scheme of things because Netanyahu and those like him will flip from one position to another every minute of the day for no apparent reason whether he is sincere or he is not.

With this in mind, we should know that there is one important lesson to learn here and one crucial point never to forget. The lesson is that Netanyahu, like all the Israeli leaders who preceded him, does not see the light unless it is made very bright and shone directly into his eyes. In other words, if you take a positive action such as attempt to nudge these leaders or if you try to appease them, you do not impress them. What will impress these characters is the taking of a negative action. And what this means, unfortunately, is that these people will do the right thing only if they are made to fear the consequences of doing otherwise. Put simply, fear is what prompts these people to do the right thing not reason.

As to the crucial point we must not forget, it is that when we deal with such people, we must not fall into the trap of letting our guards down before obtaining what we expected of them originally. And neither should we let them disarm us with the false promise that they will do the right thing in due course. In fact, the worst thing we can do is to sit back and wait for them to deliver on the promises they make. Our inaction will only buy them the time they need to nullify the clout we may have developed through hard work and perseverance, the clout which forced them to see the light in the first place.

For all these reasons, I say that the President of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas should pay no attention to what Netanyahu has said and that he should adopt the policy of: Damn the torpedoes, it is full speed ahead with the plan to declare the birth of the Palestinian state. As to the President of the United States, Barack Obama, he should go along with the plan and not impede it with the use of the veto or anything else. In fact, he should encourage the plan, being the American patriot that he is and being a man who wants to work for the welfare of the American people. Far from being a stooge in the pocket of the Jewish lobbyists who are out to draw what blood is left in the nearly dried up arteries of the American political body and its economic arms, Mr. Obama has the opportunity to clean up the soiled image of America. Despite a good-for-nothing Congress, the President can return that nation to health and restore to it the wealth creation capacity it used to have. He can do all this if only he refused to be distracted by the never ending needs of the Israelis and concentrate on the needs of the American people instead.

A close look at the situation will show that the creation of a Palestinian state that is recognized by the nations of the world, including the United States of America, will strengthen the weak clout that is now in the hands of the Palestinian Authority thus maintain the pressure on Netanyahu and his probable successors. This will force them to really see the light and change course. A Palestinian state will force the Israelis to deal seriously with the Palestinian issue, a development that will result in the honest search for a solution by making this important issue the paramount preoccupation of the Israelis. When this happens, the outcome will be a salutary one because the situation in existence today is that the issue is only used by the Israeli leaders as an excuse to milk every illegitimate windfall they can draw from the rest of the world. What these people do now is portray themselves to the American Congress of idiots as being under siege and forever in need of financial, political and military aid. And to the rest of the world, they portray themselves as being the sole owners of an American Congress of male and female bimbos who will do anything that the Jewish lobby will command them to do as long as it is idiotic and destructive.

Lest we get too excited, we need to be mindful of the fact that the creation of a Palestinian state will not automatically mean that in the matter of the ongoing negotiations between the parties, the playing field will be leveled. No; this will not be the case because Israel will still enjoy enormous advantages that the Palestinians could not dream of developing on the spot. What the creation of an independent Palestine will mean, however, is that the picture will have changed from that of a cat negotiating with a bird kept in a cage to that of the bird being out of the cage and free to pursue other interests while negotiating with the cat. And what this will mean in terms of the psychology of the situation is that the cat will now be conscious of the fact that it no longer owns the bird. Thus, the cat will come to understand that the bird has options which may extend as far away as the horizon and even beyond it. And the result of the change in psychology will be that the cat will now take the bird seriously and negotiate with it a little more honestly. The cat will do this not to buy time or to play games that will amuse the American Congress of morons but will negotiate with the view of securing for Israel a meaningful share of the promising future which is now developing for all the serious players in the region.

And there is here a paradox with which we need to be familiar. It is the fact that the peaceful development of the region is something that frightens the Israeli leaders no end. The reason is that if peace were to be achieved, the Jewish leaders will find themselves in a situation where they will no longer have a convincing argument to take to the American Congress of imbeciles where they can cry out the refrain: gimme, gimme, gimme. In turn, this will mean that the people of Israel will have to earn their daily bread by the sweat of their foreheads. It will also mean that the people of Israel will have to compete on a leveled playing field against all those who will engage in the same pursuits. But working honestly and competing to earn a living have never been the forte of the Judeo-Yiddish culture. On the contrary, this culture has always been based on the principle of living the life of a parasite. This is what recorded history says how the ancient Hebrews used to live. It is what constitutes the core of the Jewish religion according to the Old Testament which is used today as a book of learning and of worship. It is why the activists who promote the human rights of Jews make the point that the world owes the Jews a living. It is why they call the Jews a distinguished lot of chosen people created with natural rights that trump those of everyone else and why they demand that the rest of us acknowledge and honor this insane fantasy.

What will make matters even worse for the Israeli leaders if peace came to the Middle East is that the fantasy does not stop here. In fact, the promise of the founding of the Jewish state had been from the start that those who will choose to live like Jews in a Jewish state will find themselves in the midst of a never ending miracle that will never stop giving them something. With the use of terms intended to allude to a reality more than describe a metaphor, prospective immigrants to Israel were told and made to understand that they will be required to do no more than collect and eat the manna that will drop from the sky. They will wash the thing down with a drink of milk handed to them by domesticated animals trained to do more than produce milk. And they will sweeten the mouth with honey brought to their lips by bees that turn into a storage hive every human mouth that is hungry for dessert. Thus, the promise of Israel had been that the Jews who will choose to live in this modern version of the promised land will not have to lift a finger to feed themselves. They were told that everything will be done for them by miracles from heaven the way that Jews are meant to live.

Fantasy aside, the trouble started when the new immigrants to Israel discovered that contrary to the promises made, the Jews have never felt they were better off living in a Jewish state. The reality and the bitter irony have been that when the Jews cease to be driven by the fear of a world that wants to annihilate them, and when they are required to work to earn a living, they find themselves shedding their Jewish heritage. Thus, it happens that when calm descends on the Middle East, the Jews feel less Jewish in Israel than they would anywhere else in the world. Because of this, they reckon they might as well go live somewhere else which is what many of them do eventually. Thus, the paradox that the leaders of Israel face is that to make Israel look like a normal functioning state but a Jewish one, they must create disturbances that remind the local population what a dangerous world exists out there. The disturbances also help them fabricate excuses they can take to the American Congress of the mentally challenged and cry out the refrain: gimme, gimme, gimme. And when the Congress gives them something, the Israeli leaders take the gift and present it to the populace as the manna, the milk and the honey they promised will be forthcoming.

What all this demonstrates, in effect, is that the creation of a Palestinian state will break the toxic pattern now gripping the Middle East. What you can expect to see as a result is the gradual transformation of Israel from a parasitic terrorist state to something that can only be better for its people, for the region, for America and for the world. Israel will come to look more like a normal state and less like the monstrosity it is today. What you can also expect to see is the transformation of the relationships that Israel has created and maintained with its neighbors, with America and with the rest of the world.

As to the neighbors, no longer will the Jewish propaganda machine inside Israel put out stories that will prompt idle talk to the effect that because one Palestinian mother was seen throwing stones at an Israeli tank that came to demolish her house, this proves that three hundred million Arabs and a billion plus Muslims do nothing twenty four hours a day, seven days a week but talk about Israel and plot to throw the Jews into the sea. Instead of defining themselves by the fantasy they repeat to each other that they exist because they are on the mind of the Arabs and the Muslims, the Israelis will now wish to define themselves by the normal relationships they will need to develop with their neighbors and the rest of the world. Until such relationships are forged – which may take some time -- the Israelis might want to try the North American method of pinching themselves to ascertain that they are awake, they exist and they are alive. In time, the Israelis will recognize and will come to accept that they are not this important in the grand scheme of things. And they will no longer see the need to imagine the Arabs or the Muslims talking about them incessantly.

As to Israel's relationship with America, no longer will the Jewish propaganda machine in that country put out stories like those it regularly puts out about Israel coming to the rescue of such high-tech conglomerates as Intel and a few others to save them from ruin or a slide into oblivion. This is what the Americans are accustomed to hearing when they are told about the adventures of the young Israeli super tinkerers who swing into action every time that America hits a technological impasse and gets into difficulty. The American public is told that these are the boys who were schooled not in technology as you might expect but in the arts and the discipline of the Israeli army which itself is nurtured, looked after and protected by the glorious and beloved Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, the cute puppy known to the Americans for the habit of turning the rug in the White House into his favorite litter box and favorite lamppost.

Furthermore, we are told – not always metaphorically – that the tinkering Israeli kids can wave their magic wand and fix anything that may go bad with a microprocessor or a piece of software that would otherwise bedevil the best of minds in Silicon Valley or any valley or any hill for that matter inside America or outside of it. Honest; this is what the authors who write such books make it sound like -- more or less. It is what they flog on television and in the print media. If you look closely enough, you see them repeat this nonsense with a degree of shame that parallels the shame displayed by a dog that sits in the middle of the town square and licks its genitals in full view of a disgusted public. And this would be the same level of shame as displayed by Netanyahu when he pisses on the rug in the White House. Sometimes they call it chutzpah and sometimes they call it hubris but it is all Yiddish to me.

As to Israel's relationship with the rest of the world, the hope and the expectation are that the Israelis will cease to accuse the human race of being defective genetically, that it is programmed to be antisemitic or that human beings commit acts of antisemitism without a reason or provocation. When such accusations are halted, the likelihood will be that the Jews inside and outside of Israel will begin to develop normal relationships with their fellow human beings rather than act in such manner as to provoke what they say they dread the most. The pattern thus far has been that their accusations have served as the prophecy that fulfilled itself. But never again after the creation of a Palestinian state will something like this be allowed to happen.

Will Palestine be a good thing to happen for the Arabs, the Israelis, the Americans and the rest of the world? Of course, it will be. And all this goodness will materialize when Abbas and Obama will say damn you to the torpedoes that will be hurled at them, and when they will call for the sailing ahead at full speed toward the creation of a Palestinian state. This birth will cause the Holy Land to erupt in a joyful exaltation not seen since a similar day of nativity happened in that place more that two thousand years ago. Hallelujah.

When Good And Evil Are Transposed

As you read the contrived report of 2011 issued by a committee calling itself the Canadian Parliamentary Coalition to Combat Antisemitism, a report which in reality is nothing less than the personal manifesto of Irwin Cotler and nothing more serious than that, something challenges your power of perception. You are gradually drawn into thinking that the coalition is part of a worldwide conspiracy put together by a hardcore of self-appointed Jewish leaders to accuse humanity of something it is not. The manifesto was signed by a fake committee that was headed and orchestrated by Cotler himself. And what it does is force you ultimately to reach the conclusion that this whole exercise must have been a first step aimed at enabling the Jewish leaders to take control of the whole world.

What sends you on that line of thought as you read the report are several revealing passages, among them the following. Describing how and when the coalition came to be formed, the manifesto says this: “In February 2009, parliamentarians from around the world gathered in London for the inaugural conference [which] brought together over 125 legislators from over 40 countries for … discussions on the increasing problem of antisemitism.” Here you cannot avoid noticing that this is a worldwide occurrence having a global reach and the clear intention to accomplish something so large as to engulf the entire planet. Furthermore, it tells you that this is not an occurrence which began to take root only yesterday or that it happened spontaneously but that it is a gathering which has been in the works for some time now and where a large number of people have participated in its preparation whether or not they knew what the ultimate aim was.

And this is not the end of the story because the manifesto goes on to say that the London conference produced the London Declaration which called upon the gathered parliamentarians to “...return to their legislature, Parliament or Assembly and establish inquiry scrutiny panels … in their countries ... and developing recommendations for government and civil society action.” Here you get a sense as to how these people intend to operate from here on. They say they will infiltrate the institutions, each in their respective country and jurisdiction. Once there, the scrutiny panels that they establish will work on the institutions until they transform them from the inside and make them work for the cause. And this will happen when the institutions will adopt the goals put down by the Committee and work to achieve them. Upon reading this, my friend, you respond by raising an eyebrow and by shrugging the whole matter as the idle fantasy of dreamers.

But by the time you reach the end of the report you realize that you have been too generous in assessing the intent of those dreamers. You now see that the characters of the Committee have gone way beyond anything you had imagined. This happens when you are hit with several punches in the face that bloody it from the eyebrows to the chin. Two of these punches concern education; and this is where you are reminded of what happened when the rabbis set out once before to “educate” and “sensitize” the public as to the special needs of Jews. The rabbis have managed to transform America from the exceptional society that was ready to liberate the nations of the world and impose on them its culture of the free will to the exceptionally dysfunctional embarrassment that it has become. They have, in fact, transformed America into a nation that freely worships the Jews as gods. They have also transformed its political class into juvenile interns who serve their Jewish masters as office helpers and are prepared to serve them in another capacity if asked. And they have transformed the American press into characters who freely and shamelessly sell their souls for a Jewish pat on the back and not even the promise of a promotion or a raise in salary. How much more freedom can a nation take or give away or shove down the throat of someone else?

And what you see now is that the members of the Cotler Committee are advocating the transformation of schools into Jewish madrassas where the aim will be to engage those schools into the business of teaching the gospel of the Holocaust -- most certainly to educate and to sensitize our kids and their kids as to the special needs of Jews that never seem to be fulfilled. They are also advocating the infiltration of the universities by a Jewish trained Gestapo-like unit formed specifically to enforce a uniform code of thinking with regard to the subjects that relate to Jewish matters. Can you imagine something more horrifying than this? If educating and sensitizing the public turned the Jews into Gods, what else do these people want?

And there is still more, believe it or not. To get from here to there, the manifesto tells us how this mad enterprise was put together and how it began to take shape. It says that it was upon the call of the London Declaration that the following happened: “Under the leadership of Citizenship and Immigration Minister Jason Kenney and current International Steering Committee Chair Professor Irwin Cotler, a delegation of 11 Canadian Members of Parliament ... returned with the desire to form a Canadian coalition to fight antisemitism at home in Canada. And this is how: The CPCCA (Canadian Parliamentary Coalition to Combat Antisemitism) was formed in March of 2009 ... [it] is not affiliated with the Government of Canada, any NGO, or any advocacy group. It is associated with the Inter-parliamentary Coalition to Combat Antisemitism (ICCA), the international steering committee which organized the inaugural conference in London in 2009.” Well, my dear reader, this is a sophisticated way to organize something that brings people around you in the belief that they will be working on something good and current but are made to serve an old purpose not knowing what it is.

Look closely and you will see in what disguised manner one activity has led to another as these people were made to execute the instructions given to them by a meticulously designed plan whose intent from the start was to beget still more activities -- all going in the same direction and having the same goals. You see that the movement is constructed in such a way that the dying generation is made to spawn on its deathbed a recurrence of itself, one that will pursue the same old struggle and move it forward. The offspring may not be an exact clone of the parent but will be a mutated version of it. In fact, the offspring will be better adapted to go through its own span of life and survive in the new environment in which it will find itself. And this is where you get a sense as to how it happened that from among all the conspiracies to control the world which have appeared on this planet through the centuries, only the “Jewish movement” has gone on and on, and has refused to wither away or diminish in intensity.

Thus, you see how Cotler who is one of the founding fathers of the movement has organized an international committee that spawned several national committees where each was charged with the task of going back to its respective jurisdiction and create there a local chapter that will have the same goals but will be adapted to the local culture and the local conditions. Clearly, this is the best way to decentralize a movement where all the parts will still report to the controlling center and receive their marching orders from there. It is a system that has the advantage of surviving the death of one member or even several of them yet maintain the ability to resurrect itself and go on living.

In this way, if and when something happens in one part of the world where people have become alarmed at the extent to which the local chapter of the Jewish movement has desecrated their culture, and the chapter is shut down as a result, the spirit of World Jewry will survive among the remaining members and continue to drive the struggle. The movement will now be led by a new ethnic group which will most certainly speak a new language but will claim to be of Hebrew descent and profess kinship with the other Jewish groups no matter their ethnic backgrounds or the color of their skins. Well, dear reader, when you look at this evolutionary history of the Committee, there will be no doubt left in your mind that this approach to running an organization is a marvelously constructed diabolic plan that has been perfected and has been fine tuned for several centuries. If Rasputin had collaborated with Satan, they could not have devised a more effective or more enduring plan.

Now, because the etymology of the word conspiracy indicates that people must have come together and must have breathed in close proximity of each other, you reason that the people mentioned in the Cotler manifesto must have come together from everywhere on the planet to accomplish something they want us to believe is significant and good for all of humanity. But what could that something be? Before you can answer this question, you hit upon another passage in the manifesto which comes under the heading: “Process and Establishment of Commission”. The passage reads as follows: “The 'globalized nature' of antisemitism also speaks to the interconnectedness of incidents occurring internationally and the occurrence of antisemitic incidents domestically. Spikes in antisemitic incidents are often linked to events in the Middle East.” And this, my friend, is where kaboom goes your mind.

Yes, this really blows your mind. It blows it because you see that the writer of the manifesto has managed to turn things upside down. In the name of the conferees who came to breathe together under one and the same roof, the writer is accusing seven billion human beings scattered around the globe of conspiring against the Jews. He makes his accusation when the very gathering of the conferees is what defines the quintessential display of a conspiracy. Slowly and surely it sinks into you that this whole enterprise is nothing but the continuation of an old conspiracy that has always been led by a hardcore of Jewish operators such as these. They are the people who never cease to call on the innocent gentiles to come and be part of something noble. But in reality, the gentiles are invited for one reason only, to be used as props and thus make the diabolic scheme of a Satan look like the benign work of a saint. And this is how good and evil are transposed where evil usually triumphs when the scheme collapses under its own weight and a final solution to the Jewish problem is sought – and everybody, Jews and gentiles alike, get hurt.

The galling thing about this sorry spectacle is that the writer of the report was devious even in the style of writing he chose to express himself. Instead of using the word conspiracy to be clear as to what his accusation amounts to, thus make it possible for someone to respond, he delivered his message in a roundabout and devious way. In a glaring display of intellectual dishonesty, he spoke of the globalized interconnectedness that links international and domestic antisemitic incidents with events in the Middle East. In plain English this means the whole world is conspiring against the Jews. But, in fact, that man never meant to speak plainly and so you ask: Who is this man? Well, I can assure you that in all of Canada you will not find one gentile who would speak in this style and only a handful of Jews who would. I must conclude that this sentence was formulated by none other than the one and only Irwin Cotler who, in my view, is one of the most devious conspirators in the world today. No wonder he so easily confused the gentiles he invited to sit on the Committee as props then used them to make himself look like a saint.

And there is a reason why Cotler and Company want to be devious about the message they are spreading. It is an insidious message that is meant to do more than motivate people; it is nothing less than a complete and elaborate trick which goes against the grain of natural human goodness. The message is a tool by which ordinary people are intimidated not knowing what amorphous something has been thrust upon them. It is how ordinary people are made to feel guilty about a nebulous something they know little or nothing about. It is how ordinary people are pressured to act on something they never dealt with before and will likely never have to deal with again. It is how good people are made to serve evil causes not knowing in what activity they have been made to participate.

In short, the Cotler scheme is a satanic trick that is intended to allow him and his Jewish cohorts to confuse the populace and freeze the mind when the time comes to parse the ambitious Jewish aims and the fake Jewish claims. And this is the way that these characters have in the past taken control of the debates and have paved the way to take control of the institutions in one jurisdiction after the other. And when you read the manifesto, you see that the ultimate aim of this group is to take control of the whole world. It looks like a neat trick on the surface but it is nothing more than the deadly dream of lunatics. It has failed many times in the past when it was tried everywhere around the globe, and it has failed each and every time when it was tried over the centuries. The only thing that the trick was able to accomplish in all of its trials was to trigger the trains of events that consumed the lives of innocent Jews and non-Jews alike.

Finally, I wish to say a word to the 125 legislators who went to London from 40 countries in February of 2009 to take part in this mad enterprise. You have participated in a happening that the world can do without. It is a development that you and the world must now snuff out. It is the one development that the world has the obligation to eradicate once and for all lest we again see someone attempt the final solution. Consequently, you should all begin to think in terms of participating in a public debate with the ultimate aim of writing legislation that will criminalize the act of accusing someone of being antisemitic. Also, the throwing of charges of antisemitism in the air without accusing someone specifically must be regarded as accusing all of humanity of being antisemitic -- and this too should be considered a criminal offense. More than that, accusing all of humanity should be seen as a sign of insanity, and the culprits should be dealt with according to the laws that pertain to criminal insanity.

My friends, let us get rid of an old problem by neutralizing the Cotler poison, not by forcing humanity to love the poison or learn to live with it. This trick has been tried before and while each try has lasted for a time, the explosion always came in the end to end the experiment in tragedy. We should learn a valuable lesson from history where, under the rule of the Arabs, the Jews lived in relative peace and safety for more than a thousand years. This happened because the Arabs never let the Jewish leaders go too far out of line. Therefore, we must never again let someone like Irwin Cotler grab the ball and run with it, let alone drag other parliamentarians with him into a demonic enterprise such as he describes in his manifesto.

Furthermore, you should now be able to see why World Jewry is hell bent on starting a clash between Christianity and Islam. Peace is anathema to these people, and what they could not achieve by working on the Arabs, they seek to achieve by turning the West against the Arabs. If we go along with the Cotler scheme and become convinced that we are noble because we combat antisemitism, I guarantee you that we shall wake up one morning to find that this subject has been fused with another subject called “clash of civilizations”. And we shall be told that to maintain our nobility, we must now fight the Arabs and kill as many of them as we can. You see my friends, fusing and confusing the subjects has been the pattern utilized by these people over the decades and there is no reason to believe they will change now. As always, they will try to make us serve evil believing that we are serving the good. This is who they are; this is what they are; this is why they exist.

You don't want to play in their hand, my friends. So far you have been naïve enough to be drawn into the Cotler scheme but you're not so stupid as to stab yourselves to death at the foot of his altar. Turn around and fight him instead of fighting what is good about our species. We are innocent of the charges he has leveled against us and he is guilty of everything he has accused us of being.

Act accordingly and clear your conscience.
