Solid Proof that the Law can be an Ass

An ass is a donkey, and donkeys are stubborn animals. If they do something once because they were trained or because they chose to, they tend to repeat doing the thing the same way. They will persist as if it were an inviolable law no matter how much effort you put into retraining them to do it differently.

This is also how the laws are made, and how they are applied. It is why a human judge must oversee the application of the laws, and why they cannot be fed into a computer (even if equipped with artificial intelligence) for the machine to adjudicate the cases. The reason is that human judges have the ability to see how something small can affect the big picture, thus avoid future complications. And so, judges use their discretionary powers to adjudicate according to what some people call the “natural law” and others call common sense.

Three recent articles having to do with the making of the law or its application, or having to do with quasi-legal arguments – shed light on the subject. They are (1) “Boycotting Israel Isn't free speech,” written by Eugene Kontorovich and published in the New York Daily News on June 11, 2016. (2) “The Anti-Israel Left Suffers a Rare, Close, and Welcome Defeat in Academia,” written by Theodore Kupfer and published in National Review Online on June 9, 2016. (3) “Four New Peace Plans for Palestinians,” written by Josh Gelernter and published in National Review Online on June 11, 2016.

Eugene Kontorovich makes the point that the State of New York is not violating the American Constitution, having legislated against the boycott of Israel. He maintains that the First Amendment protects free speech whereas the right to boycott is not a right to free speech. He discusses the logic of his argument citing cases that support it. Well, if someone were to take the case to court, it will certainly end up at the Supreme Court where the precedents cited by Kontorovich will be weighed against other precedents (such as Citizens United,) and decided one way or the other.

But the chances are that no one will take the New York law to court, anymore than the law pertaining to the Arab boycott of Israel was taken there. One reason is that a would-be plaintiff will want to avoid the publicity that the case will generate. Another reason is that he or she can get around such laws as easily as they can get a stubborn ass to do what they want … differently perhaps, but still achieve their goals as planned.

That, however, does not guarantee there will not be resentment of a different kind to having laws that punish American taxpayers by denying them the fruits of their own money for choosing to follow their conscience, and express solidarity with the Palestinian people who suffer under Israeli occupation. This being an example of Jewish depravity that's financed by the federal government using money also collected from the same public or borrowed from foreigners in the name of that public. How much hate can these people pack in a single act?

In fact, I witnessed how the possible ramifications of such a trend have horrified the people who lived this kind of horror. It happened in Canada that a Minister of Justice whose skull was as void as empty space, wanted to engineer for an executive ruling to favor the Jews at the expense of others. His aim was to set a precedent that will then be used by the regular courts, thus permanently put the Jews on a pedestal above everyone else.

And I happened to be in the company of people, one being a Jewish lawyer who was old enough to remember what happened decades earlier in Germany when the Jews tried to tamper with the laws of that nation. It led directly to the Holocaust, he cried out. It led to the Holocaust, he repeated again and again.

Luckily, there arose such uproar in Canada that the minister backed off from his sick idea. What this says is that making laws is like breeding asses; you never know how far they'll go till invoked by people who have as much affinity with common sense as a jackass. This condition, if you want to know, is what defines the Jewish culture, and what motivates the Jews to act. Not only that, it is also like a contagious disease that affects those with whom it comes into contact. It happened to a Canadian Minister once, and it happens to America's politicians at all levels all the time.

Thus, the solution to avoiding this sort of madness from taking roots in the first place is to raise uproar the moment that legislation of this sort is contemplated. The alternative is to wait for the Holocaust to happen, an event that will do a thorough job at expunging the law books of this kind of rubbish.

We now look at the Theodore Kupfer article. He says he is worried about the trend of academic associations passing resolutions in favor of the BDS movement to boycott Israel. His point is that “such resolutions are advanced [based on] the labeling of Israel as an apartheid state, the notion that its existence is an insidious instance of colonialism … Academic associations that endorse BDS tend to do so as part of a post-colonial impulse. It's hogwash.” And he does not elaborate further on this point.

Someone else did just that, however, not realizing how effectively he has demolished the fallacy which denies that the Zionist movement is a colonial project. The man is Josh Gelernter, the writer of the third article that's reviewed in this presentation. Given that what's happening in the Levant is universally recognized as being the result of the Sykes-Picot colonial project to redesign the borders of the region and better serve the interests of the colonial powers – any new suggestion to redesign the borders in the Palestine-Israel-Egypt region must be viewed as being a Zionist colonial project that will have the same nefarious effects as Sykes-Picot. And yet, that's exactly the project – periodically bandied about – that Josh Gelernter is trying to resurrect.

Having abruptly left the Theodore Kupfer article, we return to it. He wrote this: “In a recently filed lawsuit, the American Studies Association is accused of violating its corporate charter when it passed its boycott resolution … the legal team includes the legal scholar Eugene Kontorovich. Pow! Kaboom! That would be the same Kontorovich who wrote the article we discussed earlier.

Well, well, well, what have we here? We have a so-called legal scholar discussing the same case from both sides of his legal mouth. He sided with the defendant for one audience, and sided for the plaintiff for a different audience. Whereas he said that the State of New York had the right to deny its citizens (a third party) their own money if they boycott Israel, he now says that the academic association does not have the right to suspend a provision of its own rule of conduct; a suspension that neither denies something to a third party nor hurts them. And he does all this so that Israel can get it coming and going. Talking about intellectual dishonesty, this one takes Satan’s trophy.

This being a concept of justice so weird, it can only be Jewish. Indeed, Kontorivich has highlighted the stereotype of the Jews constantly doing the things that lead them to the gas chamber and the incinerator. And this is proof that when good men do nothing to stop evil in its tracks, evil triumphs and causes unimaginable horror.

So I call on all of you, good men and women out there, to rise up and tell the Kontorovichs and the Cuomos of this world to cease and desist. We do not want another holocaust on this planet.

They see America as a Jewish Plantation

Question: What's the difference between the Palestinian people and the American politicians? Answer: The Palestinians know they are an Israeli colony, and they don't like it. The Americans don't know they are a Jewish plantation, and they don't care … unless they try to score personal gains where possible.

It took Netanyahu something like four and a half decades to admit that Israel was occupying Palestine … which is the condition that makes it an Israeli colony. He said it once because it was convenient to do so at the time. But because nothing that's honest lasts long in the hands of the Jews, the idea did not catch on, and every Jew and his sidekick continued to talk about Palestine as if it were a “situation,” whatever that means.

Using these realities as the canvas on which to paint a picture of the vision that the Jewish leaders have of Palestine; of America and the world – you'll have an insightful time going over two articles that expose much of the fantasies powering the deluded minds of those leaders.

One of the articles came under the title: “Israel's Problem With the Democratic Party,” written by Shmuel Rosner who is a Jew residing in Israel. The article was published on June 9, 2016 in the New York Times. The other article came under the title: “Israel Looks to Russia as a Security Partner,” written by Kori Schake and published on June 10, 2016 in National Review Online.

If you heard the expression: “the natives are restless” or “the writing is on the wall,” and didn't know what they mean, you'll become acquainted with their meanings when reading the articles. That's because they address these issues among others. Here is something that Rosner has written: “Many in Israel worry … what worries them is the Democratic Party … The problem is the sentiment … Sanders appointed a young woman who described Netanyahu as arrogant, deceptive, cynical, manipulative … Sanders appointed someone who accused Netanyahu of war crimes.” That tells you how uneasy are the White, Black, Latino and Asian natives of present-day America. So much for the natives being restless.

Here is a taste of what the writing on the wall looks like: “The good news is that Sanders won't be the Democratic nominee … the bad news is that Mrs. Clinton alone cannot resist a steady drift in her party … Political reality will ultimately catch up with her … Once legislators had to worry about appearing unsupportive of Israel; today those who need to be re-elected do not want to be seen as supportive.” This is the sort of talk that changed the look of the proverbial wall from pristine to being splashed with graffiti.

Does Rosner see a way out of this conundrum? Yes he does. In fact, he has a perfect remedy; one that will teach the insolent natives of the American colony a lesson they will never forget. Considering that “the Democratic Party is moving leftward, toward a domain where condemnation of Israel is [natural,] and there is little that Israel can do to reverse what is an American trend,” his solution is to give the American people the Jewish middle finger so that: “Democratic [politicians] become convinced that weakening support for Israel will come with a political price”.

That's how much disrespect the little Jew and his sidekicks have for superpower America and its people. It is no wonder, therefore, that North Korea – which is three times the size of Israel and light years ahead of it technically and scientifically – gives both middle fingers and one big toe to America. It is that the Jews have tailor-made a perfect situation for copycats to emulate.

As to Kori Schake, he used his fluency in the use of exaggerated superlatives to tell how chaotic the Middle East – excluding Israel – has become. He also tells how incomprehensible the decisions of President Obama have been … thus adding to the messiness of the chaos. And he tells how much Benjamin Netanyahu has shined in the middle of a world that turned so dark, it rivals the Dark Ages.

How then can the plantation that is America avoid the worship of Netanyahu? And how can the American people allow “Obama's overt hostility to Prime Minister Netanyahu” to continue? Can Israel be blamed for “seeking a power other than the United States to rely on”?

But if you still cannot see the light, and you wish to rebuke Israel for what it is doing, then tell what you make of the fact that “Israel is not alone in reconsidering Russia as America stands aloof.” Admit it, you mister and you miss, that all of the above boils down to this: “the Obama administration has none but itself to blame”.

Now, my friend, you know why the seven billion natives of the other lands would rather live without Jews in their midst. It is just that they don't want to be as restless as the Americans.

Jewish Sand in the Machinery of Peace

Whether a machine is big or small, whether it is rickety or running like a Swiss watch, an effective way to bring it to a screeching halt is to throw sand in its gears.

This is what the Jews have been doing to the machines of peace that sprung up periodically over the decades trying to bring peace to the Middle East. An example of how the Jews carry out their destructive task came in an article that's titled: “Look where the real action is on Mideast peace,” written by Benny Avni and published on June 7, 2016 in the New York Post.

What's happening these days is that the French – with the blessing of most Europeans – have decided to take up the issue of peace in the Middle East, having at long last recognized that they played a major role in creating the mess that's engulfing the region at this time, and recognizing that they possess the clout with which to force the Israelis to end the bible-inspired savagery they live in Palestine. The ultimate goal of the Europeans is to achieve what the world is demanding: to make the Israeli leaders embrace the modern code of civilized interaction with the neighbors, and force them to adhere to it permanently.

That's what prompted the Jewish leaders to start the ritual of throwing sand in the gears of what may be called the French machine for peace in the Middle East. Benny Avni is a Jewish leader, and his article reveals much of how the Jews have sabotaged the peace efforts that preceded the latest French initiative. The beauty this time – if you can call it that – is that the Jews have grown so assured of their sabotaging abilities, Avni begins his article with the confidence of a Rambo that's about to arm-wrestle a pigmy. And that's why he reveals more than he realizes.

Look how he takes up the challenge at the start of his presentation: “Forget Paris. The path to the Middle East peace goes through Cairo, with a possible stop in Riyadh.” Right there, you can tell what he is doing. He is offering an alternative to the Paris initiative, which he knows will be harder to dismiss than the American initiatives – those that the Jews kept turning into mockeries. But all that aside, what about the mention of Cairo and Riyadh? Are they for real?

Oh yeah, the mention of those two places! Well, the story concerning Cairo goes back a few weeks. The one concerning Riyadh goes back more than ten years. What happened lately was that the moment the Jews sensed that Europe was moving to try and fix the Judeo-American mess prevailing in the region; the Israelis sent signals to the Palestinians and the Egyptians indicating they were now serious about holding peace talks for the region based on the Arab League initiative known as the Saudi Plan.

That was a resolution adopted more than a decade ago by all the Arab states, offering to normalize relations with Israel in exchange for ending the occupation of Palestine. The Israelis rejected the offer, and the Arabs kept renewing the call for them to think seriously about becoming a normal nation by accepting the offer and starting a new chapter for the region. Still, the Israelis kept rejecting the offer, thus made it clear they don't want peace in exchange for relinquishing Palestinian properties; they wanted both the peace and the properties.

So why the change of heart now on the part of the Jews? The truth is that there has not been a change of heart. This is a maneuver; a typical ruse of the kind that the Jews played out repeatedly in the past. The truth is that the European initiative is scaring them so much, they are trying to mount a piece of theatrics to stall things the way they have done it for decades. The signal they sent to Egypt and Palestine was but a desperate attempt to convince the Europeans they are on their way to resolving the problems that separate them from their neighbors by dealing directly with the neighbors. In other words: Stay out, you guys from Europe. Do what the Americans do, which is to give us the money and the weapons, and then sit quietly and just shut up.

With that, they hope – indeed they expect to see the Europeans back off. They will then start the theatrics of sitting with the Arabs, pretending to talk peace for as long as it will take to lull the Europeans into a new lethargic phase. They count on them to cool off eventually, so much so that they will forget about the initiative and fade away from the scene. When this happens, the Jews will torpedo the whole set-up, and start maligning everyone, which is how they have done things in the past.

That part of the mission accomplished, they will run to the American Congress of the brain dead and whisper in the ear of the legislative zombies that Israel is facing an existential threat. To stay alive, they want money, money, money … and they want weapons and diplomatic cover.

They want all that and more because the fallout has been that the world has singled out Israel for the failure of the talks, accusing it of neutralizing the European peace initiative and sabotaging the Arab overture.

And the Congress will give the Jews more money than they ask for, more weapons than they need, and more diplomatic cover than make sense. And the world will say, here we go again.

Jewish Logic strangling the Anglophile Culture

The Jewish leaders who live in America and spend their time developing the talking points with which they promote the Jewish and Israeli causes, have a formula for success they use like a rule of thumb.

Those leaders have used the formula effectively on the most important issue preoccupying them for half a century. It is to keep the American public and Congress from becoming too preoccupied with the plight of a Palestinian people that have been under Israeli military occupation ... one that's paid for and protected diplomatically by America for three generations already.

The formula the Jewish leaders use goes like this: When the world is not preoccupied with Palestine; pick a prominent non-Jew such as a Mitt Romney for example, pay him a million dollars and have him tell the American public that the Palestinians are worth little, and must be forgotten about. But if, for some reason, the world is preoccupied with Palestine, then you must pick a prominent Jew, such as Clifford D. May for example, and have him say that the Palestinians are doing well under occupation, and no one should mess with that.

The latest use of that rule has come under the title: “French fried peace process” and the subtitle: “Another round of diplomatic posturing would be the likely outcome,” an article that was written by Clifford May, of course, and published on June 7, 2016 in The Washington Times.

It can already be deduced from the title of the article that the author is trying to minimize the value of a recently launched French initiative to bring peace to the Middle East. As to the subtitle of the article, it indicates that Clifford May is using the Jewish trick of predicting an outcome that's not dictated by normal logic, but one that is the product of Jewish and Israeli wishes, substituting for down-to-earth, common sense logic.

To minimizing the value of a peace initiative on Palestine, the Jews have a trick that works for them when used on the Anglophile media and political crowd. It is that they set up a phony hierarchy, at the bottom of which they place the Palestinian issue. That, in fact, is what you see in the opening paragraph of the May article. Here it is: “Ignoring the butchery underway in Syria, Iraq, Libya and Yemen, as well as the threat Iran poses, their [the French] focus is the Palestinian-Israeli conflict”.

Well, my friend, say something like that anywhere in the world, and even a twelve-year old Third World child that may be hungry and walking bare feet, will look at you in the eye and say: As far as I can tell, something is being done about Syria, Iraq, Libya, Yemen and Iran. So why in the name of heaven, hell or earth, are you trying to single out Israel for absolution with regard to the ongoing horror that is the Jewish occupation of Palestine?

That's the response you'll get anywhere in the world where English is not spoken. But study the reaction of the media types or the politicians in the English speaking world, and you'll be astonished to see how easily the thinking processes of these people can be paralyzed by a question of logic that is as simple as 1, 2, 3. And yes, that pitiful condition is at the basis of the paralysis you see in the America Congress.

And that's why Clifford May can then proceed with the second paragraph, laying out a case as flimsy as suggesting that Israel has the right to maintain the occupation of Palestine as long as the other problems of the world have not been  solved entirely … meaning one hundred and one percent.

So how does Clifford May achieve all that? Here is that second paragraph: “The French initiative could turn out to be a waste of time. Let's hope so.” That is, the author expresses his wishful thinking in the form of a speculation, and then draws the reader into his daydream with the innocent sounding: Let's hope so.

Now that he has his audience where he wants it, what does he tell it? Well, he sets up an imaginary agenda for the 26 nations attending the French conference, and throws in a dilemma whose solution inevitably leads to the proposition that America must not interfere with the occupation of Palestine.

Well, “must not interfere” has a condition attached to it. Here it is: except when it comes to paying hard cash for the horror that is the occupation. Not only that, but the suggestion is that America must also do what it can to stave off anything the rest of the world might do to end the occupation.

Here is how Clifford May accomplishes all that: “They [the world] agree on the answer. They do not agree on the question. Is the problem that a Palestinian state does not exist? Or is it that a Jewish state does?”

Thus, he sets it up the question as an either-or proposition. And this tells the Anglophile media and politicians they must choose between the Jews and the Palestinians because there can be no compromise here.

The rest of the article is the rubbish that can only flow from this kind of introduction.

The Cuomo dickhead is feeding antisemitism

The recidivism of Jews is so tenacious, I find myself compelled to repeat the lesson I discussed eight years ago almost to the day on this website. It was June, 2008.

What compels me this time is an article that came under the title: “Kudos to Cuomo for leading the way on BDS” and the subtitle: “The governor's executive order will have ramifications across Europe, where the pernicious movement is strong,” written by Benjamin Weinthal and published on June 8, 2016 in the New York Daily News.

Eight years ago I discussed the effect of the efforts that were mounted both in Canada and the United States to defeat the Arab boycott of Israel. My article then came under the title: “Charity begins at home not Israel,” and can be accessed in the archives on the right side of this page. At the time, I spoke of George W. Bush, former President of the United States of America, and Stephen Harper, former Prime Minister of Canada – as being the two incarnations of  Tweeddledee and Tweeddledum. Now I must speak of Andrew Cuomo, current Governor of the state of New York, as being the authentic Dickhead.

In 2008, I was motivated to write that article because I had met mining executives who previously never thought of the Jews as being anything but wonderful people. Now, however, they were so transformed, they wished that the whole world was made of little Hitlers. If you want to know what transformed them – here, in condensed form, is the passage that explains it:

“This meant the executives of a company doing business in an Arab country could be dragged to court and forced to explain why they are not doing business with Israel. They will be considered guilty of antisemitism, and asked to prove they have good feelings towards the Jews and Israel. They will have to promise they will do business with Israel as soon as possible. They will have to apologize in public, show remorse, even shed tears for not being creative enough to have found a way to do business with Israel. They will now be expected to jump on every occasion to pour money into Israel whether or not it makes sense. Meanwhile, all company documents can be subpoenaed and examined by the Jewish organizations and their lawyers. And everyone in the business can be questioned to ascertain that no one harbors ill feelings towards Israel or the Jews”.

That's why those who used to believe the Jews were wonderful people, now thought they belonged in the gas chamber and the incinerator. This is the transformation that the Jewish leaders have wanted and continue to want because it is what allows them to use the dickheads of a country to exploit the riches of the country.

Right now, Andrew Cuomo of New York – being the dickhead that's heading the Empire State – has agreed to give the Jewish leaders what they want. The effect will be the incubation of so much hatred for the Jews, the leaders will start singing: “We're in the money … big piles of money,” from one side of the mouth. And they will use the other side of the mouth to howl the pain they will say is tearing them in their bellies … and then ask for compensation to ease their pain.

But in the same way that the Arabs paid no attention to the North American efforts that were mounted to defeat what they were doing legitimately in their interest, I expect that very little, if anything will be done overseas to change the course that the people over there have charted for themselves. Meanwhile, those who will pay the price for all that machination will be us, ordinary people on this continent.

In fact, life went on normally in Egypt, and despite the financial global meltdown that happened a few months after my 2008 article, and despite the two revolutions that followed, Egypt got its gold mining industry going thanks to the Australians who moved into the place where I wished the Canadians had been first.

And because the Australians are now leading that industry in Egypt, they are at the forefront of what is promised to be a mining bonanza equal to what happened during the days of the Klondike here in North America. As to the

Canadian companies, they are only now getting in on the act, but only as a second fiddle where they could have been in the lead.

The moral of this true story is that when you succumb to the pressure of the Jew, you go from being in the lead to being a second fiddle dickhead … just like Andrew Cuomo.

The Dennis Prager two-Cents worth of Advice

Dennis Prager wrote an article under the title: “Bernie Sanders, the Non-Jewish Jew and Non-American American,” but these are not the only categories he invented into which he confines the Left Wing Jews and/or Americans whom he despises.

He created a few more categories as you'll see in the article he published on June 7, 2016 in National Review Online. The odd thing is that Prager does not attempt to categorize the Right Wing Jews and/or Americans whom he never disparaged. Perhaps he views the people of the Right as specimen that are naturally resistant to confinement.

He begins the article by making the point that Bernie Sanders has become what he is because he chose to cut himself off from his Jewish roots and from his American roots. But then Prager generalizes the concept that being cut off from their Jewish or American roots, is why other prominent personalities grew up to resemble Bernie Sanders. Here too, the author neglects to say whether or not there are Right Wing Jews and/or Americans that cut themselves off from their roots. If yes, who are these people? Where are they? And why have they not become Lefties?

As to Sanders, the way to understand his strangeness, says Prager, is to know that having cut himself off from his roots, he became alienated … and wants other people to be alienated too. He knows all this, says our writer, because Sanders almost never mentions that he is Jewish, and never says anything good about America. It is only that he “laments American inequality, Wall Street corruption, and other American evils”.

Lest the readers become confused as to what it means to be a Jew either nationally or religiously, Dennis Prager offers this definition: “Judaism consists of a national and peoplehood identity, not only a religious one.” That ought to clarify things. But if you're still not clear, don't write to me, write to Dennis.

Reading the article, you get the sense that Prager believes the current situation is a messy one for Jews, and that he longs for a time when things were better. So you look in the article to see what happened that changed things, and find it in these words: “Once the walls of Jewish ghettos broke down and European Jews were allowed to leave Jewish enclaves, many Jews became non-Jewish Jews … some became radicalized. They loathed religion, traditional middle-class values and capitalism. They particularly hated Jewish religious and national identity.” Well? Does that mean he is advocating a return to the ghetto?

He mentions the names of prominent Jewish lefties such as Karl Marx, Leon Trotsky, Noam Chomsky and George Soros to say they cause much of the bad things we see in the world today – especially the bad things that happen to Jews. That's because these people reject their Jewishness, convert to being citizens of the world and make revolutions, says Prager. The result of their actions, he goes on to say, is that the Jew that's left behind is the one that pays the price for what the non-Jewish Jew has wrought.

That said, Prager returns to the subject of Bernie Sanders, and says that he seeks “to undermine the national and religious identities of others – in this case, the Jewish and American identities.” The trouble is that he gives not a single example as to how or when Sanders said something or did something that undermined the Jewish or American identity. 

Instead of offering specifics, Prager makes this generalization: “Non-Jewish Jews are far more likely to work to weaken Christianity than Jewish Jews. The same holds true for American non-Jews who have rejected Christianity: Many seek to weaken Christian influence and identity in America”.

He now brings together all the loose ends he created in the article, and offers this package: “Non-Jewish Jews are alienated from Jews who strongly identify as Jews, and from Christians who strongly identify as Christians. Non-American Americans are alienated from Americans who strongly identify as Americans. The radical non-Jewish Jew and the radical non-American American love humanity, but hurt real humans, especially Jews and Americans.” Did you get all that?

This is the silly season during which people seek clarifications that might help them make an informed decision as to how they should vote. And this is how Dennis Prager has added his two-cents worth to the debate.

The Jewish Domino and the NY male Bimbo

Here is a perfect example of how Jews get into a place where they cultivate moral prostitutes using the carrot and stick approach known as the bribe and the blackmail, and how they get those prostitutes to set a domino operation that serves their interests … with no exit strategy built into it, and no plan B for when things will start to go wrong as they always do.

The example comes under the title: “Cuomo leads the way” and the subtitle: “In praise of the executive order to give anti-Israel boycotters a taste of their own medicine,” a piece that was written by the editors of the New York Daily News and published on June 7, 2016.

The editors tell what the editorial is about: “Governor Andrew Cuomo placed New York State at the vanguard of fighting a drive to delegitimize Israel. He issued an executive order that bars the state from doing business with entities that back the BDS movement, which calls for boycotting, divesting and sanctioning Israel”.

Because the word “vanguard” means being at the forefront of something, you want to know if the editors envision a domino.
