The irony used to be expressed this way: “Let's hang them
first then give them a fair trial.” But to Alan Dershowitz who believes he is
still a lawyer, irony is no longer enough for him; it has to be irony of
ironies. And so, he puts it this way: Let's hang them first and never give them
a trial. He uses different words to say this in his latest creation: “Terrorism
and Palestinian Statehood” which also comes under the subtitle: “The U.N.
should insist on a renunciation of violence and a negotiated peace with Israel before
recognition,” an article that was published in the Wall Street Journal on
August 10, 2012.
His problem is that the Palestinian Authority has made it
clear it intends to seek recognition as a state by the United Nations later
this year. What this will do -- and Dershowitz does not mention in his article
-- is that the people of Palestine
will at last have their day in court. This would be the international criminal
court, not the private Jewish urinal that is usually referred to as Congress of
the United States .
That latter thing is an assembly of pathetic dogs where they
just passed all the bills that were called for by Israel and the Jewish organizations
before going on vacation for five weeks. What they neglected to do was pass a
single bill that would have saved America from an upcoming fiscal
cliff, save its social safety net at a time of high unemployment, and save its
crumbling educational system from total collapse.
The US Congress and the American media (such as the WSJ and
others) is where the Palestinians have been tried by the likes of Alan
Dershowitz, the way he is doing things in his current article. The reason he is
fuming is that recognition by the UN will give the Palestinians the right to take
their case to the international criminal court where he knows the table will be
turned because the terrorists were never the Palestinians. Instead, it was the
Jewish hordes who went to Palestine uninvited and terrorized the people there
using the most advanced weapons in the American arsenal, and applying them in
the most savage of ways – as described in the Bible of the Jews known by the
name Old Testament.
Thus, instead of admitting that he fears the righting of the
wrong by the criminal court after the Palestinians will have gotten the
recognition they seek, he opposes that recognition vehemently the way he has
done it for decades. Furthermore, instead of acting as a good lawyer and a
possible mediator between the two parties – which he could have tried to do --
he accuses the Palestinians of crimes that would condemn them the minute they
step into the criminal court. But he knows they will not be condemned because
he knows they are innocent. And the reason why the Palestinians want to take
their case to court is that they know they have a good case against the Jewish
terrorists.
In fact, the whole world knows the particulars of this case
very well and knows where the truth lies. This is why the Palestinians as well
as Dershowitz know they will get the recognition they seek at the General
Assembly, something they already got at the Security Council except that the
resolution was vetoed by America
under pressure from the Congress of low life treasonous dogs.
Of course, the General Assembly does not have the mandate to
give the Palestinians full membership but will give them a partial one, and the
right to take their case to court. This is good enough for them at this time
considering that they are the innocent party seeking justice. As to the
Israelis who know they are the guilty party, they remain terrified by the
prospect, and attribute the self-inflicted terror to the people that they
themselves terrorize using the most terrifying weapons to come out of the
American military industrial complex.
Given all this, and given that he refuses to use what legal
skills he may still have in trying his hands at mediating between the
Palestinians and Israel, you would expect that Dershowitz would at least remain
silent and watch the drama play itself out. But no, he does not remain silent.
Instead, he launches a savage attack against the Palestinians, accusing them of
all sorts of crimes, and urging the world to deny them their day in court.
Just think about it, this is a lawyer who says there is no
need to go to court because he has already determined that the Palestinians are
the guilty party, and that the Israelis are innocent. And he concludes that the
world must now dispose of the Palestinian question by telling these people to
go unarmed and sit under the barrel of the Jewish gun to be told what they must
do to satisfy the insatiable urges of the savages who have been raping the
Palestinian motherland for three generations already. What more can Dershowitz
do to prove to the world that he is the quintessential Jew who is devoid of
every vestige of shame?
Not only that, but he is also asking the world to let him
commit the irony of ironies by soiling the good name of the Palestinians for
ever and ever. In fact, he wants the world to let his accusations stand as if
these people had been convicted in a court of law even though they will not
have stepped into any courtroom – not a legitimate one, not even a kangaroo
court or worse, a Jewish courtroom.
This man has a whole list of accusations he levels against
the Palestinians. Let him proclaim that he genuinely welcomes granting the
Palestinians the recognition they seek so as to take their case to court and
have it adjudicated the civilized way. The world has had enough of the
disgusting spectacle of the Israeli criminals being endorsed and financed by
the self appointed policeman of the world who would sell his wife and children
to any deep pocket that would contribute to his electoral campaign. It stinks,
guys, it stinks.
Enough is enough to the Israelis. Enough is enough to the
American Jews who support them. Enough is enough to the filthy American
officials who lose every sense of propriety come election time, and who behave
like hungry dogs willing to do anything for a bone.
