Robert Morgenthau, who used to be Manhattan's district
attorney, is supposed to be an experienced lawyer. He wrote an article in
response to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan who accused the Israelis of engaging
in genocide when they murdered 62 unarmed Palestinians not long ago.
These people were annihilated, not because of what they did
– which was nothing serious – but because of who they were, and what the Jews
said they were thinking. So said the Israelis in defense of their murderous
activity. And they were seconded by Robert Morgenthau whose experience must
have been on vacation when he made the incomprehensible remark. With that, not
only did the lawyer do himself in, he did it in spades in that he also invoked
a saying that was uttered by Golda Meir, a Prime Minister of Israel whose mouth
outsized her brain.
The Morgenthau article came under the title: “The dangerous
perversion of 'genocide': Israel's critics distort a crucial term.” published
on May 31, 2018 in the New York Daily News. It's an effort which attempts to
show that the murders committed by Israel did not amount to genocide if we go
by the definitions which Morgenthau took pain to quote. But it is precisely in
so doing that the lawyer for the defense botched the attempt to exonerate his
client. He thus proved that the murders – which he does not dispute were
committed by Israel – were committed with genocidal intent. Here are his
quotes:
“Erdogan claimed that Israel engaged in 'genocide.' While I
acknowledge the suffering of the Gazan people, I recognize the unfairness of
the charge. Genocide is a legal concept with a legal meaning. The word
'genocide' emerged near the end of World War II in response to the Nazis
murdering the Jews as a people. The crime of genocide has a narrow legal
meaning. One of the requirements is the following mental element: the 'intent
to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious
group, as such.' It is spurious to theorize that Israel had or has any intent
to destroy Palestinians as a national, ethnical, racial or religious group as
such”.
To make his point, Robert Morgenthau began the article by
quoting a Golda Meir utterance that went like this: “We can forgive the Arabs
for killing our children. We cannot forgive them for forcing us to kill their
children.” She thus admitted killing Arab children. In addition, there is what
Morgenthau kept hidden from his readers. It is that Golda Meir was the first to
utter the false assertion that the Palestinians were not a people.
In fact, her utterance was picked up by those who tried to
capitalize on the victimization of the Palestinians. This was propagated in
America and used by at least one degenerate beast harboring presidential
aspirations. In addition, look what else Morgenthau did. When discussing the
definition of genocide, he spoke of the “Gazan people” to avoid calling them
Palestinians. This was a flagrant attempt to separate the crimes committed in
Gaza from the people-hood issue concerning all Palestinians. The supposedly
experienced lawyer then went ahead and denied that Israel was destroying the
Palestinians as a people. And that's how he did his client in.
The only thing that was standing in the way of each Israeli
crime against the Palestinians from being classified as a genocide, was proof
that the Palestinians were a people. Time after time, the Jews and their
Evangelical patsies, tried to argue that individuals plucked from every
national, ethnical, racial and religious group, and converted to Judaism
constituted a people whereas the Palestinians who lived together in the same
place since the beginning of time were not.
The forceful and persistent repetition of what's false
convinced the brain dead zombies of the Congress as well as some aspirants to
the presidency of the United States that falsehood was truth, and that truth
was falsehood.
But the Jews and their patsies failed to impress the rest of
the world of their demonic illusions. Now, Robert Morgenthau – in his failure
to prove that the Palestinians are not a people – has established a legal basis
to what the world has known since the days of Golda Meir. It is that Israel is
engaged in genocide against the Palestinian people.
It is normal at this point to ask: How can the Jews make
gains distorting reality to such a grotesque level? Well, the way to answer this
question is to show how the Jews operate. Look what Morgenthau says near the
end of his article: “The false charge of genocide harms Palestinian innocents.
By making it, Hamas fans the flames of hatred and violence. This will result in
more deaths on both sides, and will make the task of peacemaking all the more
difficult”.
Notice that he started the article by quoting Golda Meir and
by saying that the charge of genocide was made by Erdogan of Turkey. He ended
up reminding the audience of the Golda Meir utterance, but added that it was
Hamas – not Erdogan – which made the charge of genocide. Morgenthau then pulled
the old Jewish trick, which is to say that telling the truth has the
deleterious effect of increasing violence and of getting in the way of the
peace process. Confusion is the sea the Jews create in which they swim with
delightful leisure.
All in all, what the Jews have achieved in 50 years of
harnessing the Americans, and making them slave to promote the causes of the
Jews, is the following: First, Golda Meir admitted killing Palestinian kids but
blamed Israel's action on the parents. She denied them Palestinian people-hood;
robbed them of their Semitic identity and bestowed it on a collection of
individuals from every national, ethnical, racial and religious group around
the world.
Like beasts of burden, the Americans were made to do the
work. When finished, the Jews toasted each other and celebrated while throwing
a bushel of hay at the beasts, inviting them to join the celebration.
Meir and other charlatans convinced the Americans of
something – you never know what – and suckered them into helping advance the
Jewish scheme of genocide. This is where the matter rests at this point in
time.
