Writing an article on the Iran Nuclear Deal, Alan Dershowitz took the legal approach. Jointly writing another article on the same subject, Douglas Schoen and Andrew Stein took the politico-diplomatic approach.
The clear aim of the three Jewish writers, is to remind
America that it was created for the sole purpose of serving Israel and World
Jewry — no one else, and
nothing else.
When studying the content of the two articles, we find
them to be a good reason why we must now tell it like it is, and screw
political correctness. The issue at hand is the current negotiation pertaining
to the Iran Nuclear Deal. The talks seem to be close to a successful
completion, and this is sending the mob of Jewish pundits scurrying all over
the debating landscape, searching for reasons to tell President Joe Biden why
he must not sign the deal.
Alan Dershowitz’s article came under the title: “Is the
Iran deal a treaty?” and the subtitle: “The president alone shouldn’t decide.”
It was published on March 29, 2022 in The New York Daily News.
As to the article of Douglas Schoen and Andrew Stein, it
came under the title: “Biden says Ukraine is a battle for the free world,” and
the subtitle: “which is why he shouldn’t sign an Iran deal.” It was published
on March 30, 2022 in The New York Post.
Alan Dershowitz complains that even though the framers of
the Constitution would have wanted that a treaty among nations — to which America is a party
— be submitted to the Senate
for consent and advice, the framers failed to define what it is that makes a
treaty, a treaty. In the absence of such a definition and a number of other
concerns, says Dershowitz, it is unlikely that the Supreme Court will take up
the case and rule against the President signing the Iran Nuclear Deal without
first submitting it to the Senate for debate.
Thus, unable to find a legal reason to hang the Biden
administration, Alan Dershowitz has suggested that the President take the rope
he is giving him, and hang himself for the glory of Israel and the Jews
everywhere. Here is how Alan Dershowitz suggested that the President do it:
“I call on the president to submit this question to the
Office of Legal Counsel and for that office to publish its conclusion. I also
call on the Senate to hold hearings on the constitutionality of the president
signing a deal that is really a treaty that should require Senate approval”.
If this is all we had to go by, we could have been fooled
into believing that Alan Dershowitz cares so much about the United States
Constitution, he is prepared to hang the current administration so as to
enforce the will and vision of the framers. But Dershowitz continually reminded
us that his obligation as a lawyer is to stand by his clients first and
foremost.
In fact, Alan Dershowitz had many clients during the
decades that he practiced law, and he faithfully stood by them while defending
their interests. But whereas his various clients came and went, there is one
that came and never went. It is Israel. We must, therefore, conclude that
Dershowitz would joyfully hang all those in the White House to continue serving
Israel — and screw
America in the process.
Speaking in strict legal terms, Alan Dershowitz did not
give out much information as to what Israel’s most pressing interests and
demands consist of at this time. But thanks to Douglas Schoen and Andrew Stein,
we now have the newest laundry list of Israel’s politico-diplomatic demands on
America. The following is a condensed version of that list:
“President Joe Biden mustn’t re-enter
the Iran nuclear deal. It would sabotage Western interests. The original 2015
deal was fatally flawed. And now, it’s clear that a 2022 deal would be even
worse and have catastrophic consequences. The original deal famously involved a
large cash payment to Iran. The United States cannot in any shape, manner or
form provide economic incentives to Iran. The reinstated deal would fund
terrorism in the Middle East and further destabilize the region. Its
sanctions relief would provide the rogue state with tens of billions of
dollars. The deal also imperils Israel in a way that threatens the security of
the Jewish state and of Jews worldwide. A new deal would give terrorist
groups a nuclear umbrella under which they would be free to wage war on
Israel. The Biden administration must change course. If the US stands for
regime change in Russia, we should advocate a similar policy for Iran”.
Beaten to a pulp for suggesting that self-appointed
policeman of the world, the United States of America, should adopt the Jewish
practice of confiscating or stealing the wealth created by hard-working
prodigies such as Iran, Schoen and Stein repeated the suggestion that the Jews
have been making to that effect, but did it differently this time. To avoid a
new backlash, the two Jewish pundits expressed the idea in a more convoluted
way. Here is how they put it:
“The United States cannot in any shape,
manner or form provide economic incentives to Iran”.
They made it sound like America was
about to dole out money to Iran the way that it does to Israel, when in fact,
what’s involved here is Iranian money, confiscated, stolen and/or frozen by
America and its allies.
