Bret Stephens wrote an article that ends this way: “He
[Putin] is about to eat your [Obama's] lunch.” What Stephens had to do to come
to this conclusion is reverse the heretofore orthodoxy of the Jewish propaganda
machine of which he is a part. It is obvious that something big is happening,
and the reader can see all that in the Stephens article which came under the
title: “Putin's Moment” and the subtitle: “The Kremlin has an interest in
conquest. The White House makes the taking easier.” It was published in the
Wall Street Journal on April 8, 2014.
Whereas Stephens and those like him were inciting America to
swagger its way across the planet like a giant cop who is afraid of nobody in a
neighborhood of dwarfs, other pundits used to sound a note of caution, arguing
that the world has changed since the time when America triumphed in the Second
World War, and was left intact while the rest of the world was left in ruins.
No, said the Stephens group, America
is still supreme and shall remain so for all of eternity.
Well, the era of America's supremacy lasted for a while, and
could have lasted somewhat longer except that a bunch of mischief makers
calling themselves children of Holocaust survivors were following the commands
of some funky religion, and decided to infiltrate the Rove-Cheney-Rumsfeld
administration from where they worked their ass off to ruin America and weaken
it in the blink of an eye. But of course, Stephens and company refused to
acknowledge this reality, and continued to delude themselves into believing
that America still had the
wherewithal to do what the Jews wanted to see done for their benefit and for
that of Israel .
All the while, the world continued to unfold in its own
merry way, and did so in contradiction to what the funky religion had predicted
for it. The consequence of this naturally developing history has been that Russia rose
from its ashes, making impressive economic gains to the chagrin of Bret
Stephens and all those like him. And this is what prompted Stephens to finally
acknowledge that Russia is
not as beaten down as he was describing, and that America was not as supreme as he
was fantasizing.
But who does he blame? Does he blame the children of the
Holocaust survivors where – truth be told – the blame really belongs? No, he
does not do that. Instead, he glorifies Putin; he denigrates Obama and he
blames America 's
degradation on Obama. To do so, he avoids describing the real contest as being
between a Russia that pulled
itself by its bootstraps, and an America
that squandered its wealth and reputation on frivolous pursuits that only meant
to serve the interests of Israel .
Instead, he makes it sound like the contest was a personal one between a giant
that is Putin, and a dwarf that is Obama.
So you think that Stephens has learned his lesson and will
stop making predictions based on fantasies and delusions. Right? Wrong. Look at
this: “On present course, Russia
will get weaker, which leaves Mr. Putin with two options: Liberalize or conquer
… If you were Mr. Putin, which option would you choose?”
What's that about, you ask? It's about the Jewish habit of
turning reality upside down. Stephens performed that intellectual somersault
because he wants the readers to believe it was not the Jews who inflated America 's power while deflating that of Russia , it was
Obama who did so. And here is that passage: “Mr. Obama has a habit of
underestimating his foes.”
To get there, Stephens spoke of the two options that Putin
has, then went on to say this: “That's what makes the White House's repeated
offers of an 'off-ramp' so silly.” What's the connection Bret? What is it that
ties “liberalize or conquer” with talk of “off-ramp” being silly?
And without establishing that connection, it remains that
Putin is not eating Obama's lunch. Rather, it is Russia
that now has the potential to eat America 's lunch. This happened
because it is what the children of Holocaust survivors cooked up for an
American nation that was good enough to take their parents in.
