Imagine yourself a writer of movie scripts, and a director hires you to write a scene for a film.
The story is about inmates
taking over the asylum. You write the scene he likes, but he says it is too
sad. You say that's the nature of the situation. He says you're correct, keep
it the way it is, but add a touch of comical relief to it. What do you do?
You go back to your study
room, rack your brain thinking several possibilities, which range from cheap
slapstick such as a doctor stepping on a banana peel and falling ... to
something more sober like the nurse coming into the room and asking what
happened to the pills she left on the table. A patient says they were nice
tasting candy. Horrified, she explains these were not candy, they were laxative
pills. At this point, you cut to a scene showing the patient running to the
washroom.
You reject all of that, and
opt instead to write a scene in which the asylum's Board of Crazies, is meeting
in the boardroom. Chairman Jonathan is addressing the members, telling them the
following:
“Friends and colleagues, we
meet on this day of infamy to consider passing a resolution condemning Doctor
Wendy for the effort she is making to name a counselor who will intervene each
time that two or more of us have a fight. The counselor will help us resolve
disputes amicably instead of doing what we love to do, which is bite each
other, scratch one another's face, and pull each-others' hair … Now I ask you
this: All those in favor, show your approval for passing the resolution”.
Attendees to the meeting grab
everything they see on the table, and throw it at each other joyfully. Some
readers may not think this is comical, but this is the nature of the situation.
What's that about? you ask.
You'll know what it's about when you read the article that came under the
title: “Joe Biden will do America right by following Trump, not Obama, on
Iran,” written by Jonathan S. Tobin, and published on January 11, 2021 in the New
York Post.
What got Jonathan roiled is
that in the real and sane world that he detests, President-elect Joe Biden has
picked Doctor Wendy Sherman to be deputy secretary of state in his upcoming
administration. Chairman Jonathan of the Zionist crazies hates Doctor Sherman
because she spent many distinguished years working to protect the world from
the horrors of nuclear war. Because of this, Jonathan Tobin believes that he is
sane and that the choice to appoint Wendy Sherman, is an act of insanity.
Here is how Jonathan Tobin
expressed that view: “If repeating the same action again and again and
expecting a different result is a definition of insanity, then Biden's choice
of Sherman is one of the most insane nominations for office in American history.”
Here, in condensed form, and stripped of editorializing adjectives which are
meant to disparage, is what Tobin said about Wendy Sherman:
“Sherman is a living example
of diplomatic experience. A veteran of both the Clinton and Obama State
Departments, she can claim credit for two national-security negotiations
conducted by a US envoy. Under Bill Clinton, Sherman was the architect of deals
with North Korea. Obama hired her to negotiate a nuclear deal with the Tehran
regime. She agreed to a sunset date on the agreement. By 2030, all its
restrictions will expire. All new presidents want to change everything their
immediate predecessor did. Biden's foreign-policy lineup is a Team Obama
reunion with Sherman very much invited to party along. Yes, everything
Trump-related is in bad odor”.
Despite being aware of these
realities, Jonathan Tobin wants Joe Biden to follow in Trump's “bad odor”
footsteps rather than President Obama's footsteps. Tobin is saying this to
Biden, even though Biden was Obama's Vice-President when the steps that Tobin
dislikes were taken. Have you ever seen shameless gall of this magnitude?
It is no wonder, therefore,
that being the brew-master in America of every idea for a witches' brew that
came out of Israel, Jonathan Tobin is now recommending that Joe Biden consult
with Israel on how to handle the Iran nuclear deal. Considering that Tobin and
those like him were pressuring the American negotiators to take a hard line
before, during and after the negotiations, you can see the futility in Tobin
continuing the pressure tactics.
Also, considering that such
pressure may have the opposite effect of what is intended, it is not too
difficult to conclude that Jonathan Tobin and his comrades are a bunch of
wackos who need to be looked after.
It has been said, time and
again, that elections have consequences. Biden ran on a platform with a plank
that promised a return to the Iran nuclear deal. The people of America elected
him to fulfill the promise. He indicated he’ll do just that, and his choice of
Wendy Sherman to be deputy secretary of state, proves he is serious.
For Jonathan Tobin and the Jewish lobby to oppose the move as vehemently as they do, means they wish to overturn the result of the election. Someone needs to remind them what happened to the one before them who tried to overturn the result of the election.
