The adage motivating every young-turk surging in the cutthroat business of punditry, is “publish or perish.” And so, when one such character faces a slow week during which little happens to inspire him writing the “home run” piece that will make him a finalist for a prestigious prize, he does something terrible.
You can see a real-life
example of that when you study the article that came under the title: “Biden
Builds Back Obama's Middle East,” and the subtitle: “And makes a mockery of his
democracy agenda.” It was written by Matthew Continetti, and published on April
19, 2021 in National Review Online.
So then, what's so terrible
about this piece or any piece written in that same style? What's terrible is
that it employs the intellectually lazy method of embarrassing the men and
women in power by throwing at them the cheap accusation that they either
imitate a predecessor or they do the opposite of what their immediate predecessor
was doing. In this case, Continetti is saying that Biden is imitating Barack
Obama.
Matthew Continetti expanded on
his accusation of Joe Biden by giving examples. He began by making the mistake
of mentioning the reinstatement of American aid to the Palestinians despite the
Taylor Force Act; a law that did not exist when Obama was president.
Nevertheless, it's a good thing that Continetti brought up this matter. In
fact, what Joe Biden should do is publicly state he is violating this so-called
law because it is a piece of trash that he wants to see taken to the Supreme
Court where he'll argue it must be quashed.
Here is the rationale that the
administration will articulate. Being the superpower that wants to continue
assuming the role of prosecutor, judge and jury to the world, America must not
have laws that single out one people. The laws must be written in such manner
as to reflect their universal application so that the world will know the chips
will fall where they may. For this reason, and considering that Israel has been
the most consistent generator of terror in the world, the Supreme Court must
tell Congress to junk this law.
Another thing that the Court
must tell the Congress, is that occupation is an act of war during which all
the parties fight with the weapons they have. Israel invites American civilians
to come and get killed in a zone where the weapons used do not rise to the
level of satellite-guided smart bombs. Israel that uses American-donated
advanced bombs, scores huge propaganda coups by calling the accidental killing
of civilians, acts of terror, and asks the Congress to enact anti-Palestine
laws. This is wrong. What Congress should do instead is enact anti-Israel laws,
if it must have laws that target someone specifically.
We must thank Matthew
Continetti for bringing up this matter and giving us the opportunity to drag it
out of Jewish darkness and pull it into civilized light. But what we cannot do,
is forgive Continetti for the assault on logic he committed next. Here is what
he did, expressed in his own words:
“The Anti-Terrorism
Clarification Act holds beneficiaries of foreign assistance legally and
financially responsible for terrorism committed against US citizens. The notion
that the Palestinian Authority might have to pay so terrified it that it sent a
letter to the Trump administration renouncing US aid.”
How far down the Jewish sewer
did young Matthew dive to dredge a load of refuse as stinking as this? In fact,
here is how the real story went:
It is the habit of Jews that
when they see the possibility of American money going to a foreign country,
they run to a mentally unstable judge and have him rule that such money should
be given to them instead. And so, when the infamous anti-Palestine law was
enacted, the Palestinians did not want to see taxpayer money destined to them,
go to the Jews instead. Preferring that it stays in American hands, they
renounced the aid. For Matthew to say they renounced the aid because they were
terrified of something, reveals that his skull is full, not of the usual gray
matter, but the stuff he dredges from the bottom of the sewer.
Matthew Continetti proceeded
to pull an old Jewish talking point that shows how feeble minded he is. Here is
the talking point: “There are fewer than 200,000 Palestinian Arabs who remain
displaced by the 1948 war. Rather than work to resettle this dwindling
population, UNRWA devotes its resources to the perpetuation of the mythic
'right of return'”.
This point came up many times
before, and was debated to exhaustion. It was shown time and again that there
must be something seriously wrong with people who might have been displaced 80
generations ago to claim they have a “right of return” that ranks higher than
the “right of return” of people that definitely were displaced only three
generation ago.
All you got from the Jews by
way of clarification was a long Judeo-Yiddish kind of gibberish that boils down
to this nonsense: Any person that converts to Judaism, automatically feels
connection to Palestine, and this gives him the right to settle in that land
even if such resettlement comes at the expense of the indigenous people that
lived there since the beginning of time.
Well, my dear reader, this is
only going through half of Continetti's article. You have enough under your
belt already to go over the rest of it and experience the horror of reading the
work of a mind so badly mutilated, you’ll wonder how it can go through life
without being considered dangerous to society.
It is a good thing that this kind of minds are all huddled inside the Washington Beltway, which keeps them at a safe distance from real human beings.
