Clifford D. May's latest column came under the title: “China's rulers have a new and unimproved version of rules-based order,” published on March 30, 2021 in The Washington Times.
This is a play on the old
commercial that used to sell “new and improved” products. What China's rulers
are selling is new, says Clifford May, but it is not improved … it is instead
unimproved. But you know what, my friend? This sounds like the blind that's
mocking the one-eyed.
You don't have to launch a
program of long and deep research to verify the notion that China, as well as
Russia, have a healthy reverence for the rule of law both on the domestic and
national levels. It is no different from what the Europeans have, and by far
healthier than what America and Israel have. In fact, at the domestic level,
cops in Europe and Asia do not get away with killing children that have a
colored skin the way they do things in America, or because the cops harvest the
kids' organs the way they do things in Israel.
As to the international scene,
both China and Russia have consistently voted at the UN Security Council
against their allies, such as North Korea, Syria and Iran when they violated
the law. That's in sharp contrast to America that has been using the veto to
protect Israel the way that a mafia boss protects his son, whenever the little
killer commits crimes in the neighborhood or further away.
There was a time when the
West––meaning Europe and America––pursued the dual track of violating the law
while enforcing it on others, and no one in the world dared to stand up to the
violators because they had the guns and were trigger happy. Fortunately, the
world has changed somewhat for the better since that time, but got somewhat
more complicated as well.
Here is where things stand at
this point in time. With the fading away of the colonial mentality, the
Europeans began to move in the direction of treating the Third World as equal.
America went along, and the new mode created the feeling that a golden era of
healthy relationships was dawning on humanity. Unfortunately, however, the
movement came to an abrupt end when the neocolonialism of the Jews began to
metastasize throughout the American political body.
Under the spell of that
mentality, the Jews of Israel did not hesitate to use the American supplied
weapons to slaughter the nearby neighbors who could not defend themselves. And
the Jews of America constantly harangued the American government to do the same
with the more distant neighbors of Israel. And where it was difficult to engage
others militarily, both Israel and America weaponized the principle of “rule of
law,” and used it promiscuously to embarrass others.
While violating the rule of
law, America and Israel intimidated those who were abiding by it. That is, in a
twist of irony, the law breakers falsely accused the law abiding of violating
the law. Thankfully, Europe broke away from America and its Jewish inciters,
and started to move in the direction taken by the rest of the world. More
importantly, others, such as China, Russia, North Korea and Iran, who would not
take the Judeo-American hypocrisy anymore, began to push back against America's
“holier than thou” sermons.
That's what the Clifford May
article is about, and this is how he started it: “Top officials of the Biden
administration met with top officials of China. Reporters characterized their
exchange as an ugly verbal spat, an exchange of insults and undiplomatic
match.” And here is what May has added with trepidation: “If you listen
closely, you'll comprehend that China's rulers are making clear they intend to
wrest the torch of global leadership from America's hands”.
There is no doubt therefore,
that in the mind of both the Americans and the Chinese, the dispute between
them is less about the rule of law, and more about the power to rule the world.
But since no nation will allow itself to be ruled by outsiders, the best that
the two superpowers can hope for, is to be seen by others as a benevolent power
that seeks to help rather than dictate to them. And this prompts the question
as to who seems at this time, to be enjoying the trust and goodwill of the
world.
There is no doubt that China
is ahead of America on that score. In addition, it is implementing a plan such
as the Belt and Road Initiative that will make it even more appealing to the
rest of the world, including many of Europe's nations.
In fact, the Chinese are aware
of this, and they made it clear to the Americans when their foreign minister
said the following: “The overwhelming majority of countries in the world do not
recognize that the rules made by a small number of people would serve as the
basis for the international order.” In plain English, this is telling the
Americans that their Jewish inspired dictatorial rule of the world is no longer
accepted by the rest of humanity.
So, the question is this: Is
there a way that America can reverse the trend? The answer is, yes. And it only
requires the implementation of a few simple steps. They are as follows:
Stop talking about all options being on the table. Rescind every Jewish inspired law having to do with imposing sanctions on others. Stop using the veto at the UN Security Council to protect Israel’s war crimes, and crimes against humanity. Do not fight someone else’s wars. Stop arming Israel with offensive weapons. Stop pimping for Israel. You get the point…
