It’s been nearly 48 years since the battle of 1973 that saw the Egyptian troops cross the Suez Canal. That’s when they began the campaign to free the Sinai, occupied since 1967 when Israel started the 6-year war.
As
anyone who knows the Jewish habit will tell you, the Jews have now started the
process of falsifying history. You can see it in the article that came under
the title: “Israel Knew of Imminent Attack Before Yom Kippur War, Did Not
Strike for Fear of International Reaction: Documents,” written by Benjamin
Kerstein, and published in the Jewish publication, Algemeiner on June 6, 2021.
What
the primitive mentality of that Stone Age bunch wants to do, is convince you of
the following contradiction: “The Israeli government knew that Syria and Egypt
were set to Attack Israel in 1973, but chose not to make a preemptive strike,
fearing international condemnation. The Egyptian and Syrian surprise attack on
Israel…” Yes, that’s what they say: Israel simultaneously knew and didn’t know
that Syria and Egypt were going to attack.
What’s
this garbage about, anyway? It’s about Israel losing the war it started with a
Pearl Harbor style attack on Egypt’s air fields (as
opposed to the shipyards of Pearl Harbor.) It was a successful attack, an operation
that set off the 6-year War of Attrition which culminated in the 1973 Egyptian
counter offensive, and the ultimate victory that ended the 6-year war, and constrained
Israel.
To
answer the earlier question, the garbage is about the Jews lying through their
teeth, trying to blame losing the war on what they call, “fear of international
reaction.” Their problem, as always, is that in their quest to get it coming
and going, they said one thing while going and the opposite while coming, thus made
fools of themselves, and turned their argument into a worthless joke.
The
Jewish version of the events being unworthy of consideration, here is what
really happened:
After
about four and a half years of attrition, and the readying of the Egyptian
military for a counterattack, commander-in-chief Anwar Sadat of Egypt, thanked
the Russians for selling to his country the excellent air defense system they
did, and for training the Egyptian crews to use it. He then asked the Russians
to leave Egypt because he didn’t want them around during the coming phase of
the war.
It
took Sadat about another year and a half trying to convince the Israelis and
their American enablers that he is serious about liberating the Sinai. He
suggested that a better way to resolve this matter, was for the Israelis to end
the occupation of the Peninsula, and withdraw unconditionally. To demonstrate
Egypt’s new capabilities at waging war, Sadat staged a rehearsal of the
crossing on the Nile River in front of the Hilton Hotel where American CIA
agents normally stayed. But the Americans and the Israelis laughed it off. Next,
almost a year and a half after the Russians had departed Egypt, Sadat ordered
the start of the operation to liberate the Sinai on October 6, 1973. To win the
battle and the war, Egypt had put together a three-pronged strategy.
One
prong was to smash through the Bar Lev line so as to move men and equipment as
quickly as possible into the Sinai. Another prong was to deal with the heavy
bombers that would be coming to bomb the airfields and other vital installations.
How the Egyptians dealt with these two situations, is a subject for another
discussion. What’s relevant for today’s discussion, is how the Egyptians dealt
with the third prong of the war strategy: Neutralizing the effect of Israel’s
tanks.
President
Sadat had promised the American President Richard Nixon that he will not cross
into Israeli territory because all that he wanted was liberate the Sinai. The
problem, however, was that the Israeli tanks were kept in fortified underground
bunkers inside Israel. To get them out into the Sinai, Sadat made use of a
double-agent by feeding him false information concerning the moment that the
Egyptian attack will start. Relayed to the Israelis, this information caused
them to get their tanks out of the bunkers and into the Sinai a few hours too
early.
That’s
when and where they were ambushed by the Egyptian air force and the hundreds of
soldiers who were stationed behind enemy lines, equipped with wire-guided
missiles that blew the Israeli tanks before they could see any Egyptian target
to shoot at.
The
truth, therefore, is that America and Israel were warned by the Egyptians that
the attack was coming. All this happened more than a year after the Russians
were told to leave Egypt. In addition, the Israelis were made ready for the war
a few hours too early, which turned out to be why they lost the tank battle
despite having better American-made tanks than Egypt’s Russian-made tanks.
Finally,
note this shameless lie: “Israel believed the information to be true, because
Egypt’s Russian advisors were leaving the country.” The truth is that the
Russian advisors left Egypt about a year and a half before October 6, 1973, the
day the counter attack began.
The
clown that invented that lie was corrected once before, and he never repeated it.
Now, however, comes this guy, Benjamin Kerstein and repeats the lie, not
knowing it was debunked long ago.
But that’s how Jewish history gets to be written. It is erected on a foundation of lies that would be resurrected after they were debunked, discarded and thrown into the trashcan.
