Jewish Apocalypse or Christian Redemption?

The political battle that is currently being waged for the soul of America is between those who embrace the apocalyptic message of the Old Jewish Testament, and those who embrace the redemptive message of the New Christian Testament. One of the constituents that both sides are trying to win over is the Evangelical bloc which used to be Christian then started to think Jewish and now admits to being confused.

It happened that Christian political operatives such as the late-comer Karl Rove, had been working with Jewish rabbis for several decades, on a plan to approach Christian ministers with skeletons in the closet, and blackmailing them into working to convince their flocks that the Jew was the new Jesus Christ they must worship, and that Israel was the Jerusalem in the Sky that will guide the New Promised Land which is America, to its rightful place as leader of the human race.

At the time, the big lie was to the effect that the “chosen children of God” in Israel had proven their proximity to their Father by the fact that they were always triumphant, having won – by the grace of God – every war and every skirmish they had with their neighbors. And the promise to the people of America was that this triumph will rub off on their country when the time will come, and it decides to take on the world. The rising demon at the time was the European Union. But the narrative then shifted to make it the Christian/Sunni world of the Arab group, and shifted again to make it the Persian-Shia hegemon of Iran.

While that transformation was taking place, two other stories were quietly unfolding. First, America was being dragged into ruinous wars that were designed to serve Israel's interest. Second, social media was expanding and making the truth available to a young generation of Americans who were now able to break through the Iron Curtain of Jewish propaganda, and able to access the truth about an Israel that – far from being the winner of all wars – was continuing the Jewish tradition of being the perennial loser. Worse, superpower America was being dragged into the stream of this eternal Jewish misery.

And that's when the Jewish propaganda machine called on its army of trumpeters to cease playing the hymn of Jewish invincibility, and start playing the requiem for an Israel that is about to vanish unless America spends more of its young lives to come to the rescue, and spends more of the money it borrows to feed a nation of Jewish Talibans (Semitic word that means student) who would rather study the lessons of the Old Testament than work for a living and feed their families.

You can see the lingering effects of the competition between the Old and the New Testaments in the article that was written by John R. Bolton under the title: “Debating the dubious Iran Deal” and the subtitle: “Republican candidates should present plans to counter the coming nuclear proliferation.” It was published on August 4, 2015 in The Washington Times. When you bear in mind that Bolton used to be a Lutheran who now calls himself Evangelical Lutheran, you begin to sense the disappointment that he, and people like himself, must feel as he describes Israel's vulnerabilities, and the need for America to rescue it.

After an introduction aimed at mobilizing what has become the new Republican Party by the likes of Karl Rove and George W. Bush, John Bolton cites three reasons why America must once again drop everything it is doing to improve the lives of its citizens, in favor of looking after the interests of Israel. It should do so, says Bolton, by shaping and reshaping the entire Middle East to make it work for the benefit of the Jews who can do nothing for themselves at this time, anymore than they could throughout the millenniums.

First, he says, Iran's nuclear bomb that isn't here rather than Israel's bomb that used to be trumpeted as being here, will fuel the nuclear arms race in the Middle East. Not only that, but other nations beyond the region will follow suit and before you now it, the whole world will be armed with nuclear weapons. All that will happen because Iran hasn't got the bomb, and Israel won't come clean with its ambiguous claims.

Second, he says that President Obama doesn't care about the security of Israel. Bolton doesn't say why so, but others have said that Obama is more interested in feeding the children of America than fighting the Jewish wars which, in their eyes, is a big mistake.

Third, he says that because Obama loves peace more than war, the whole world is going crazy. Well, except for people like himself, who remain sane and loyal to the message of the Jewish Apocalypse. Go figure.
