Imagine this being the summer of 1939, and in the land of
geniuses that is Germany ,
rises the super-genius who invents a device on whose screen images of the
future can be summoned at will. Everyone in the land gets to see that in a few
months time, Germany
will be involved in World War II, and after some initial successes, the Third
Reich will lose the war and be almost totally destroyed. In what way do you
think the German people will want to alter their philosophy of life so as to
evade this fate?
What they had in Germany at that time were people –
many of them members of the Nazi Party – who believed that they belonged to a
race superior to all the other races on the planet. The Nazis designated a
number of other ethnic groups as being of an inferior breed; among these the
Jews, the Gypsies and the Slavic. The propaganda aimed at indoctrinating the
general public was so intense that almost no one escaped its spell. And most
everyone in the land came to believe that they were indeed superior to others,
and that the Jews and the other races were inferior beings.
The consequence of this has been that the rivalry between
the Nazis and the Jews was inevitable. The Nazis believed they were superior
because of what they had achieved in science, technology and the arts. They
clashed with the Jews whose religion was saying they were superior to others
because God had chosen them to be His preferred children. But the Nazis held
all the cards, and so they came close to exterminating the Jews when the clash
between them erupted.
After seeing what the future that's awaiting them looks like
on the screen, you'll agree that the general public in the story of our
imagination must have reversed their philosophy of life, and recognized that
they are not, after all, superior to anyone. They will have rejected the notion
of both ethnic supremacy and moral inequality between the groups in all
societies.
Well, this being a metaphor put together to explain what is
happening in real life today, we need to be aware of the differences that
separate the situation as it stood then from where it stands today.
The Nazis at that time had the guns, and they controlled the
means by which to communicate with the public whereas the Jews were deprived of
both. There was, in effect, what amounted to a wide gulf between the two
groups. Today however, especially in America , the public has guns to the
tune of a quarter of a billion of them, whereas the Jews control the means by
which to communicate with that public. Absent a vision of what the future may
have in stores for the Western societies – especially the American – everyone
is living their life without being concerned about the consequences of their
actions.
Thus, after half a century of monopolizing the means of
communication in America
and much of the Western World, the Jews no longer try to communicate with the
public in subtle ways. They take every opportunity to openly advance the notion
that what they do cannot be compared to what someone else does because of who
they are. In effect then, they seek to cement the principle that they have the
right to do what is forbidden to others because they are Jews and the others
are not. At the same time as they declare their superiority in this manner, they
attack those they brand as White supremacists – the hate groups that view the
Jews as corrupting their White culture.
But these are the people who fanatically adhere to what is
called the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights which they believe gives them
the right to bear arms in any quantity and any caliber they choose. The trend
being that the use of a firearm to settle real and imagined disputes is
becoming more and more acceptable in America , it is not difficult to
imagine a time when the dispute between the Jews and the White supremacists
will cause them to settle their differences “the American way.” That is, by the
gun. If this comes to pass, the Jews who are practically disarmed will have no
chance against the militias that stand behind the White supremacists who are
themselves armed to the teeth.
Knowing this, in what way do you think the Jews of the
world, especially those of America ,
will want to alter their philosophy of life, thus evade that outcome? Well, my
friend, I must admit that the answer to this question is not encouraging. To
see why, you'll need to read the opinion piece written by Ramesh Ponnuru and
published in Bloomberg View on August 1, 2014. It came under the title:
“Palestinian Civilians Aren't the Bad guys”.
Ponnuru cites three instances in which prominent Jews gave
themselves the right to practically exterminate members of another race because
they are Jews, and the others are not. This is something that the Nazis did,
but they did it in hiding and were so ashamed of it, lied about it. Not so with
the Jews in the Ponnuru piece who also seem to be backed by opinion polls taken
among Jews in Israel
and elsewhere.
And the reason why this piece appeared in Bloomberg View is
that billionaire Michael Bloomberg who is a Jew, is astutely aware that if a
serious ethnic confrontation will take place in America , it will be between the
Jews and the militias of the White supremacist groups. This is why he is
putting his money where his mouth is, combating the efforts of the gun lobby
that seeks to promote the Second Amendment, and give it even more clout.
