For once, Joseph Lieberman sees the wisdom in what President
Obama is doing. He praised him in an article that came under the title: “U.S. has a
chance to stop the Islamic State,” published on August 12, 2014 in the
Washington Post. What Lieberman should do now ... if he really means it when he
says he wants to keep America
safe, is to suggest a comprehensive approach to deal with the terror
phenomenon.
I am not going to tell him how to think or what to think
about; I am going to tell him where he needs to begin looking should he get
serious about formulating a complete approach to get rid of terrorism once and
for all. What has made it difficult up to now to see what must be done in that
regard is that the Jewish propaganda machine and its echo repeaters never
stopped complaining that the moderate Arabs and Muslims are not joining the
chorus of barking dogs in the effort to chastise the terrorists.
Well, let me tell you. This nonsense must stop here and now.
That's because the young – most of who are Muslim but a few being Christian –
leave everything behind and join the so-called terrorist groups because this is
their way to revolt against the government and the establishment that goes with
it. At best they see the setup at the top of the food chain to be made of
incompetent and corrupt people. At worst, they see it as conspiring with
foreign powers to exploit the resources of the nation to enrich themselves. And
this means they see the people at the top work against them – the young who are
destined to inherit the nation.
Thus, any attempt by the government or the establishment to
join the chorus of foreign barking dogs – something that is constantly being
suggested by those who see the bark as a good remedy for every ill – will only
serve to cement the darkest suspicion in the minds of the young. In response,
those young will become even more ferocious terrorists, something they will do
to teach the guys at the top a lesson they will never forget. In fact, this is
happening right now with ISIL which is said to be more savage than al-Qaeda.
What must be said also is that Israel
and its Jewish and non-Jewish collaborators have engaged in a relentless
campaign to project the image of an America
that will do anything to advance the cause of Israel . And this would be to
eradicate every Muslim influence in the region to make Israel the
dominant hegemon in it. In fact, Israel
and its collaborators are painting that image of America by doing several things at
the same time.
First, the Israeli talking heads, pundits and analysts
constantly talk about America 's
dying devotion to Israel
without questioning its limitations. Second, they tell the American
politicians, from the President down to the least significant civil servant,
what to say and what to do that will send the wrong signal to the Arabs and the
Muslims. When received at the other end, such signal convinces the Arabs and
the Muslims that yes, America
has been mobilized to make Israel
the dominant hegemon in their region – and do it at any cost, as long as it is
at their expense.
A third game that Israel plays in the region is that of
framing America in such a way as to make it appear to Arab and Muslim eyes like
it is a full and enthusiastic participant in the acts of terrorism which Israel
commits against the Palestinian people. These would be acts like the target
assassination of prominent Palestinians, and the bombing of institutions such
as the broadcast audio-visual stations and the printing presses.
Imagine what this does to the people of the region when they
see America , that
self-proclaimed champion of freedom of speech, conspire with the Jews to
silence the voice of Palestine .
They think of America as the hypocrite who will go as far as glorify every
Jewish act of terrorism but respond with apoplectic seizure at any Arab move
that may look like the product of an iron fist.
I hope there is enough here to tell Joseph Lieberman he has
his work cut out for him, and suggest where he might begin to look for solutions.
If he cares about America
and wants to keep it safe, he will have to make Israel
swallow the bitter pill of feeling abandoned for a short while so that America may
regain its influence among the people of the region.
