Astoundingly singled out to be above the Law

Not long ago, a judge in America set free a young man that raped a girl because, according to the judge, the young man was from a good family.

As stark as this case may sound, it remains unique in the sea of modern American jurisprudence. But while it is unique in starkness, it is not so isolated as to have no close relatives in case law. And certainly, it is not isolated in the court of public opinion. That is, when it comes to the dispensation of justice, prejudice in America has always played a big role in determining someone's guilt or innocence. In addition, the trend has mutated and taken on different flavors to suit the changing times.

In fact, there was a time when those on the list of “Who's Who” would get away with offenses that other people paid dearly for. Now, however, it is not the likes of Martha Stewart, but characters that have a Jewish name such as Epstein, Zimmerman, Israel or Hoffman, that get away with crimes for which someone else might be sent to jail. This is happening in America today because there is truth in the saying that the Jewish propaganda machine is having a powerful hypnotic effect on those who are too young to remember better times, having grown-up under the influence of the machine constantly spewing upside-down logic.

It all began when flamboyant lawyers of the Alan Dershowitz variety began to use reverse psychology and reverse logic to make Israel's horrendous crimes sound like the dispensation of justice as only the chosen children of God can do. Whereas the novelty of the approach was having a Svengali effect on the Americans of every educational level, those of us who were not awed by the Jewish gibberish, warned that the darkness of spirit, which the Jews were allowed to get away with in the Middle East, will be brought to America eventually. Being one of those who issued such warning, I paid a price for it, but was vindicated eventually. I don't relish the vindication, however, because I would rather see justice dispensed in North America the way that it is done in civilized countries, not the way that a screwed-up judge set free a rapist, he says came from a good family.

Alan Dershowitz started making waves when he enunciated his doctrine of legal infamy. It sounds something like this: “You cannot blame Israel for doing to Palestinians the things that were done by others.” In other words, whatever the Nazis were accused of doing to those who could not defend themselves, the Jews of Israel can do to the Palestinians by citing the Nazi crimes as legal authority and valid precedent.

This is the diseased mentality that's permeating the entire basket of justice and equity in North America. And when you see this kind of disease, you can never tell in what direction the malady will progress. The post-Dershowitz era took it from there and worked on singling out Israel, placing it above the law. The way the Jews implemented this feat, was to label any reproach leveled against Israel as being a way to single out Israel for criticism. The astounding thing is that the Jews make this argument knowing that only Israel is committing crimes associated with occupation because only Israel is occupying someone else’s country.

You can see an example, which clearly shows how that mentality operates, in the article that came under the title: “United Nations Singles Out Israel for Violating 'Women's Rights,'” written by William Z. Nardi and published on August 1, 2019 in National Review Online. Here is what Nardi is saying:

“The UN economic and social council singled out Israel for violating women's rights. It criticized Israel for posing a major obstacle to Palestinian women with regard to their advancement, self-reliance, and integration in the development of their society. The Council then resolved Israel should address these issues by opening Palestinian access to border crossings, and restoring property, infrastructure, lands and institutions that were destroyed due to Israel's military operations. Nikki Haley wrote on Twitter that she is amazed how the UN condones votes like these. She added, it is a total mockery of human rights to allow Saudi Arabia, Iran, Pakistan and Yemen to name Israel as the world's only violator of women's rights”.

Never mind that the countries giving Nikki Haley a heartburn, have no border crossings that need to be opened, and no occupied property, infrastructure, land or institution that needs to be liberated. This brings me to telling you a short story about Nikki Haley and me.

I was born in Egypt but we left when I was one and a half years old. We spent the next 5 years or so in Ethiopia where I learned to speak but not read or write the Amharic language. I never spoke it since, and that's almost 70 years now. I still remember a few words that occasionally pop in my mind when prompted by events that send me back in time to when I was a toddler.

I remember being fascinated by cans of about 4 gallons in capacity made of tin. When empty and tapped on, they produced a drum-like piercing noise that indicated they were empty. The Ethiopians called them “corcorro,” and used that word in another context as well. When someone spoke gibberish, they would point to the head and say, “corcorro” to mean that this person is equipped with a skull as empty and noisy as a tin can.

And so, every time I hear or read the gibberish that comes out Nikki Haley's mouth, the word corcorro pops into my head. It's because to me, Nikki Haley will forever be Corcorro Nikki Haley.
