It
is the duty of a lawyer to stand with his client and defend him to the hilt no
matter how badly the client has behaved. But does this mean a lawyer can live
with himself if he manages to exonerate a client, he knows is guilty?
Apparently, this happens all the time.
However,
given that all lawyers are not the same, and the rules for a lawyer to abandon
a case (aside from being fired by the client) is not the same in every
jurisdiction, there are several tricks that lawyers employ to abandon a case if
and when they feel uncomfortable proceeding with it.
But
what about the lawyer that takes up a case pro bono (free of charge,) which he
knows is unpopular, and will do him damage, given the negative publicity that
has been generated already and will continue to be generated? Well, the answer
is that such lawyer does not see himself defending a client; he sees himself
defending a cause so close to his heart, he's willing to pay the price of defending
it.
In
the past, you could see some of these cases litigated once in a while in a
court of law where the lawyers won some and lost some. And then, it happened
that when mouthpieces of the Jewish propaganda machine began to shoot
themselves in the foot trying to have it both ways, the number of such cases
increased exponentially, creating an urgent need for trained lawyers to enter
the fray and try to win some cases for Israel.
However,
being smart enough to avoid testing such cases in a court of law where they
know they'll be slaughtered like sheep in the abattoir of no mercy, the lawyers
defending Israel took the cases to the American court of public opinion. That's
where they knew they'll have an easier time deceiving the busy and distracted
public that will sit as jurors. The lawyers also counted on having the Jewish
propaganda machine polish their image in the eyes of the public, however badly
wounded the machine may be.
Aside
from the familiar names of lawyers-for-Israel, such as Alan Dershowitz, Eugene
Kontorovich and Stephen Flatow, there comes a time when you'll encounter a
lesser known name, such as Mark Goldfeder. In fact, this one jumped into the
ring recently, having authored an article that came under the title: “AOC
should stop pretending to be an Israel expert,” published on July 6, 2020 in
The Washington Examiner.
You
can see at the start of the article why Mark Goldfeder has preferred to take
Israel's case he volunteered to defend, to the court of public opinion rather
than a court of law. Look at the following montage of quotes, adopted from the
article's first and second paragraphs, and you'll know:
“A
dozen lawmakers, led by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC,) have sent a letter to
Mike Pompeo decrying Israel's plans to begin implementing Trump's vision and
calling for the United States to withhold military aid if Israel applies its
law to territories in the West Bank. The letter demonstrates that Ocasio-Cortez
and her fellow leaders of the Democratic Party are trying to overturn what has
been a bipartisan support for Israel”.
You
can see right there what it is that scares the Jews. It is the nullification of
the Jewish upending of the American Constitution. To understand this part, the
reader must recall that to avoid having a Congress that would rubber-stamp the
whims of a home-grown dictator or an imported one, the framers of the
Constitution mandated that the fundamental precept of American governance must
stand on the ironclad principle of checks and balances. It is around this idea
that the entire American system of government was designed.
However,
after decades of trickery of the kind that unfurls along this line: “You're
antisemitic if you say A instead of B, and you're antisemitic if you say B
instead of A,” the Jews had managed to paralyze the brains of America's
political elites of all stripes, turning them into mindless stooges and useful
idiots. Instead of checking and balancing each-others' excesses, traitors of
the Ted Cruz variety in both political parties, repeatedly blocked America's
business and fast-tracked that of Israel.
With
an American Constitution now made to look like a Jewish toilet paper, fresh
blood was needed to reverse the disaster that the Jewish leaders created in
America. This is why the American public elected AOC and like-minded lawmakers.
These
people are expected to clean up the system of governance and restore to America
its previous high standing in the eyes of the world. It is also why Jewish
lawyers, who are loyal to Israel more than they are to America, are working
frantically to stab AOC and her like-minded colleagues in the back.
