'Badly loved' and obnoxious

There used to be a French expression – not in vogue anymore – that went like this: 'mal aimer' which would translate into English as 'loving not enough'; loving badly or not at all. It was used to describe the children with an attitude that could not easily be explained, such as being infantile and obnoxious at the same time. The idea was that perhaps the parents of these children did not love them enough, which is why the little ones suffer from a void in the psyche; one that gives them a perverted view of the world that's around them.

Well, when you read the article that came under the title: 'A Perverse Consequence' written by William Kristol and Michael Makovsky, you get a first impression to the effect that these people (meaning the Jews) are like the children who grow up badly loved by the rest of humanity. The difference between them and the real children who grow up with an attitude is that the cause and effect relationship is reversed. With real children, being badly loved causes their obnoxiousness; with the Jews, obnoxiousness causes humanity to reject them.

The deeper you get into the article, the more it reminds you of that French expression. The idea then gets cemented for good when you reach the end where you read this: “It's up to Congress to kill the deal, and thereby to save us from the predictable consequences of the Obama administration's perverse view of American interests and of how the real world works.”

And this is what tells you how obnoxious these people are. They made it clear, year after year, over and over again that it is better to spend the money which America borrows from its competitors, on filling Israel's prestige-boosting needs than spend it on feeding America's children or fixing the country's crumbling infrastructure. And now, the two Jewish authors accuse Obama of having a perverted view of the American interest because he prioritizes America's real needs over those of Israel's discretionary needs. What can be more perverted or more Jewish than this?

Worse, they say that when it comes to understanding how the world works, their view is the correct one whereas Obama's view is perverse. In fact, they tell you why they believe this … which is what their entire article is about. They begin with the notion that Iran's neighbors, especially Saudi Arabia, have warned they will acquire the bomb if Iran does.

Now, bearing in mind that Israel wants the world to believe it has 200 or more nuclear bombs ready to launch and wipe out the neighbors, including Iran – which position do you think is more of an incentive for Iran to want to have the bomb? Is it that of Israel having the bombs and threatening the entire neighborhood with them? Or is it the Arabs warning that if Iran acquires the bomb, they too will seek to acquire it? So much for the Kristol & Makovsky Jewish understanding of what motivates people, and how the world works.

In fact, they are so certain they have a clear view of the world while Obama has a perverted view of it, they confidently declare the following: “One of the justifications of the Iran deal was that it would slow down nuclear proliferation in the Middle East. But it turns out it will do the opposite.” This being one justification that turned out to be flawed in their view, they see a second justification that is just as flawed.

This one has to do with the belief that Iran's behavior will improve once the sanctions have been removed, and Iran gets back its own money ... that which was frozen by a small group of nations doing Israel's bidding, trying to allay the Jewish paranoid fears about being annihilated, having been rejected by humanity everywhere they went for as long as they have been around.

To litigate their point of view, Kristol and Makovsky ask this question: “given the evidence of very recent Iranian behavior, how likely is it that the deal will strengthen the forces of moderation in Iran?” In fact, not knowing what they just did, the two authors have asked whether Iran will behave like the badly loved Jew whose ingrained attitude cannot be exorcised? Or will Iran behave like the kid that was treated so badly, he lashed out at those who mistreated him, then sat down with them to kiss and make up?

The bet made by people who know the difference between a well adjusted kid and a maladjusted one (between an Iranian and a Jew,) is that Iran will take its rightful place under the sun and behave like an outstanding citizen of the world. And this will make Israel look even more like the creature that came out a cesspool.
