The ICC is urgently needed; let it do its work

Look at this headline: “The International Criminal Court Goes Too far,” and think about it. Did the Court ask its member states to create an army that can go anywhere in the world and arrest those whom it convicts? That would be going too far if it happened during this century, but maybe not in a future century.

Still, however, this did not happen. So then, what did the International Criminal Court (ICC) say or do that prompted the online magazine, National Review, to publish an article written by Jimmy Quinn under that puzzling headline and post it as it did on June 12, 2020?

You comb through the article looking for an answer, but all you unearth is that the Court only began the process of establishing the legal right to investigate possible war crimes committed by America in Afghanistan, and possible war crimes committed by Israel in the Palestinian district of Gaza.

This being the first step in a legal procedure, how can it be described as, “Going too far”? Well, it can be so described if the subject being investigated is above investigation, which means above the law. However, since no human being can be above the law, the subject that's doing the protesting must consider himself or herself a god. This being a whole new ball game, it gives everyone else the right to counter that sort of logic by calling the subject a demon and treating them as such.

In consequence of all this, when discussing the antics of the Americans in relation to the legal obligations of the United States, or the antics of the Jews in relation to the legal obligations of Israel, the nature of these entities comes into question. Are they the gods they believe they are, and we should not question what they do? Are they the human beings we like to think they are, therefore insist that they pay for their mistakes? Or are they the demons their excessive behavior would indicate they may be, and we should treat them harsher than we treat members of our own species?

The ICC may or may not have the evidence to prove the guilt of America's soldiers or those of Israel in a trial that will proceed according to the rules of evidence and proper decorum. If after the trial the verdict comes down as not guilty, it will be good for the soldiers and their country. But if the verdict is guilty, the soldiers must be punished because they are human beings and not gods or demons.

However, whereas this part of the legal process is constrained to establish the truth or inaccuracy of the allegations that have led to the trial, other parts of the process, such as discovery and cross-examination, will shed light on the behind-the-scenes machinations that were mounted by the Jews to silence everyone around the world. What will come as a bonus to mankind is the elucidation of the method employed by the Jews to impose dictatorial secrecy combined with the total absence of democratic debate, in their quest to dominate such weak regimes as America’s.

One of the tricks they pulled is the concoction of a new definition for the term anti-Semitism. It has the potential to ruin many innocent lives in many places around the world. Nobody knows how exactly the definition was engendered, but from the looks and sounds of it, a handful of crackpots must have come together in a basement where they freebased for half a day and produced a demonic definition they are gradually imposing on mankind by meeting with legislators secretly, and having them adopt the definition without public debate or even the customary in-party deliberations.

This subject is sure to come up during examination at an ICC trial when a soldier, in a typically Jewish contortion of logic, will try to explain that as a Caucasian who converted to Judaism, his ethnicity instantly metamorphosed from a foreigner to a Semitic Hebrew. This made him indigenous to the land of Palestine and a first cousin of the Semitic Palestinian people he has been murdering. Thus, the murders must be considered a case of local police brutality and not a war crime. And this puts the case outside the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court, according to the Jew and his international “dream” team of lawyers.

This is insane, of course, and no one sane will buy it. But when the insanity will have been exposed, it will become difficult if not impossible for someone like Ivanka Trump to put Americans, Brits, Canadians or Australians in jail just because she felt uncomfortable hearing someone ask for a “birther” certificate that will prove she was born first cousin of the Palestinians.

This is important to think about because the rumors swirling around this matter, have it that Ivanka Trump converted to Judaism to punish her father whom she saw as the wife-abuser that made life miserable for her mother before they divorced, and he rushed to marry a woman young enough to be Ivanka's sister.

Thus, it can be seen that the ICC completing its work will not do harm whichever way the trial ends. At the same time, however, the process will greatly benefit mankind because it will have restored the principle of legislation created by deliberation and public debate, not by the Jewish whisper of bribes and blackmail done behind closed doors to moral prostitutes who regularly adopt such filth as the concocted definition of anti-Semitism.
